Reviews for Fuji Sushi Buffet in Vacaville, CA
I like that I can enjoy a huge variety of items in a short lunch time. I'm crazy about the tempura shrimp and plates of sashimi... until I can't eat anymore. Make sure to arrive early to avoid waiting. I suggest 11am latest if you are in a hurry. Fish alwaystastes fresh and the service is acceptable. Read more
The food is too fake, lots of fake crabs and cheap crabs, they want to make people feel full quickly and at the same time too... loud ! too expensive! Won't be back! Read more
Lunch is $29 per person, which seemed like a very good deal until my son and I noticed most of the sushi rolls contained a crab... mix. Neither of us eat mayo or crab in our sushi. We requested an appetizer and were brought the wrong amount, so we orderedanother. The appetizers were very good, but the tea tasted like drinking lightly scented water. Read more
Always a nice little treat. They make the sushi right in front of you which is great. There is a timer for your table so decide... what you want, enjoy, and go. Make sure you don't get too greedy because if you don't finish what you eat then you will andshould pay for wasting food. Probably favorite spot in vacaville for Sushi Read more
Went to the establishment with 3 people and experienced a 25 minute wait. And the wait was well worth it. I'm stuffed! It's a... grab and go style all you can eat buffet and you you can request special dishes from the kitchen. The staff is fast, professional, and kind. This is one of my top 5 sushi experiences and I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan.ill definitely be backto this establishment when I'm back in the area. Call ahead if you have any questions. Read more

We drive 1 hour just to get here. I rate it 4/5 as a sushi fast food. It's not authentic Japanese (chef, etc) but does the job... for a quick sushi binge. There are a few choices on the conveyor. The menu is OK, not as thorough as a real Japanese bar. There's sesame chicken and fried chicken for kids who don't like sushi. I also wish they had more on the dessert side. Overall, this is a good place worth driving to. Read more
