We love the fries and the veggie sandwich with mushrooms. It's very tasty and fresh. Fries can be more salty.

We have been visiting this store since 2015. Not consistent at all. Bathroom usually dirty, out of paper towel. Drinks are... sometimes Flat. The bun is not toasted, too soft. And the meat is usually cold. U watch 5 employees working to make fresh food,but somehow it is not perfect like In&Out or Chick/Fillet. And yes overpriced compared to the competition. Read more

I really like the food. I had been to the location in Fairfield and had always been happy with the food. I just so happened to... be in the area after getting off of work, so I decided to go get a cheeseburger and fries from them. Ordered pretty quick. Theguy at the counter was very nice. I have been to this location a few times in hopes it would improve. My order today came out so poorly I'm not going back. The... meat patties were cooked too high too quickly and were burnt. I asked for extra mayo and ketchup yet the burger barely had any.The mushrooms on my husband's burger were also somehow burnt as well as the patties. Salted fries had no salt at all but fine, aperson can add their own. We have tried this location as I said a few times hoping it would improve. Clearly, that hasn't beenthe case. Never had Five Guys until a month ago and I?ve been hooked since. Service is across the board the same at every location, superb... and fast. Here I am able to stick to my vegan keto and order a lettuce wrapped cheese veggie ?sandwich?. When I choose to cheat,it?s the peanut butter shake and fries (moderately) 100%. My dude gets the bacon cheeseburger and adds the works plus a peanutbutter shake with bacon. Their regular fries are a must. Can?t have a burger without it. Plenty of parking since it?s in theplaza. Had a great meal. Tasty made to order bacon cheeseburger, little fries and a banana shake. As always burger was prepared... fresh, served hot and had just what I wanted on it. I ordered a hot dog and they were out of hot dog buns. Whose taking inventory at this place? So I'm going to get more bread and... less meat because they want to put it on a full size hamburger bun!
