I called in an order and the lady rushed me through my order and hung up. We ordered 2 burritos which turned out to be 80% rice... and beans. The little meat that was in the burrito was overcooked and chewy, my wife didn't even finish the 2nd half of hers.$31 for 2 mediocre burritos and poor service..... This place is a complete rip off.. The burrito had no flavor and the rice were super bland, worst salsa ever it was dark red in... color like they added some color to it. on top that the staff is extremely rude, not polite or nice at all. Had the worstexpereice ever coming to this place. Please check all yelp and google reviews before coming here because this place tastes sobad when there much better option out there. I?ve been coming here for the flautas for literally 20 years. The other food is awesome too but often I just want the light... snack. Guacamole has a little kick and is always consistent. No wonder they keep expanding. Read more

I've been going to this restaurant with some regularity since it opened at this location I think about 20 years ago. I have... enjoyed each of the hundreds of meals I've had here and I've never once been disappointed. The food is prepared with qualityingredients by people who are skilled at making fine meals. With so many Mexican restaurants to choose from Favela's reallystands out in value and quality. My favorites are the steak nachos, chicken chimichanga, chile verde burrito and chickenfajitas. While I do love the restaurant, every time I order ahead I try to get a burrito without beans and they always add beans. It?s... half the weight of the burrito. I do try to clarify as many times as possible to remember the subtraction, but instead ofconfirming they say ?10 minutes? and hang up. Read more
I immediately emerged myself in conversation with what seemed to be the Manager and/or possibly the owner(he rushed up to the... register) not only was he trying to justify what I wanted in my burritos, as if in a hurry n nobody behind me and kept puttingwords in my mouth. Very respectfully I asked him, are your burritos big, cause I like big burritos and he said just look at thetortillas, which seemed to be bigger than Chipoodle's by a good margin! When I got out in my car n looked at burritos and wasvery disappointed and could not believe I had just had a Burrito from Green Burrito/Carls JR last night that was a bit bigger ntaste was on point, but for $2 more from a Mexi restaurant n a whole lot a tortilla?
