We went in on a Sunday and waited for 30 mins (which is normal for a weekend), only to get till the front of line to know that... the register is non-functional and they cannot serve the folks in line. They only gave away the food orders that they hadalready started assembling for the very front in of the line folks. No amount of request or alternative (cash offers) wereaccepted. When we expressed frustration of waiting for 30 mins and not getting food, the response was ?we are usually this busyover the weekends??..well yes!! But atleast people get food in the end of the wait. My personal option is, even though this isnot the fault of the staff that the register broke, but the least they could have done is to honor the food request of thepeople who were already in the line. I am a huge Chipotle fan but I was sadly disappointed with the Vacaville store today. They didn't have normal items available, ... including no fajita veggies, and frankly it was the smallest bowl I have EVER gotten. In fact, the employee put rice in my bowlthen took a chunk out, which made it really small, so I had to ask to receive more! They stated that they were not "serving theveggies any longer" and when I asked why not, I was told they were not receiving supplies. For a $14 meal I certainly hope thiswas a one off experience and not an indication of changes to come. Read more

DO BETTER, VACAVILLE CHIPOTLE! Terribly inconsistent. If possible, to go the Fairfield location instead. Ordering online from... this location is a WASTE. Time and time again I take the risk hoping to get proper portions and proper temperatures of my foodand this Chipotle fails. I paid $18 for a burrito that fit into my hand and was delivered cold. Literally no heat, just a cold,small burrito. If the food isn?t correct, then they forget drinks. Multiple times I?ve paid $4 for a Mexican Coke just for themto forget it. It seems the only way to get any kind of value is to go into the restaurant and order ? and that?s only becauseyou?re watching the staff make the food and they can?t get away with giving the saddest portions. Literally the skimpiest portions of food. I ordered to pick up and what I got in my bowl was smaller amount than the kid bowl.... Good thing i had a promo code for doordash because if I paid full price for this I would have been ever more disappointed than Ialready am. There were 3 pieces of lettuce in my bowl and half a scoop of chicken. I could fit all the food in one hand if Ipoured it out. Literally the most ridiculous thing ever. I ordered a chipotle bowl for a late lunch. The bowl was half empty and there was barely any chicken. There was lettuce in the... bowl that I did not order. The bowl was also leaking through into the paper bag. This is very disappointing because I used tolove getting chipotle, but they have been going down in quality over the last couple of years.
