Honestly, I?m mad that I even had to give them one star on this review because they DO NOT deserve it. Me and my brother were... waiting in this drive through, as we watched the sun set. It was light outside when we entered the drive through, and now it isdark out. I am writing this review 30 minutes into my waiting. Still haven?t gotten my food yet, they dropped the food so we hadto wait at the front for another 20 minutes. Cars either backed out of the drive through after sitting there for ten minutes, orthey would turn off their cars to save the gas. Read more
I have not eaten here as their Dining room as been closed since the start of Covid back in March 2020. Many other restaurants... have opened up for in store dining and am not sure why this location still continues to keep things closed. Judging by theother reviews, the food and service also seems subpar. Looks like I didn't miss out much as there are other places in town. Read more
You can order online 20 minutes in advance, and then when you show up and go in the store they tell you to go use the drive thru... for pick up. Next, you wait 20 minutes behind a car ordering their food even though you ordered in advance and it?s all readyfinished. I would give zero stars if I could. Zero. Stars. Read more
Just disgusting, we have had a bad experience with Lindsay's KFC twice now, so we decided to try Uxbridge's. It was just as... gross as Lindsay's, with the chicken appearing to be deep fried at least twice (colour of skin is a dark brown and the meat andskin were pulled away from the bones on the legs). Don't recommend KFC anywhere at this point :( Read more
I ordered one of their buckets in the drive through and it took over 20 minutes for them to make it. I was waiting 20 MINUTES. ... AT THE WINDOW. Don't come to this location if you're looking for good service and FAST food. Read more
Not very organized, they told us to park and wait 15 mins for the chicken to cook , waited 25 mins no one came out - went back... to drive thru to f/u with our order. There it was - fries got soggy not even a cutlery on the bag. Thanks Read more
KFC used to be so much better years ago, maybe I am showing my age, but it's just not as good as it used to be and their fries... need improving. This location has a drive thru.
