Stone Brothers in Utica review: Saturday night we had company and ordered some subs, 5. 25-30 minutes see you then, 30... minutes later I walk in and the employees are sitting in the back chit chatting on their phones My subs never made it in theoven come back in 20 minutes. I come back get my subs that are now 9.75 a piece. I get home and hand out the subs open mine andto my delight nothing there was hardly any meat on the sub. 4 pieces of thin sliced pepperoni 2 slices of ham and a few slicesof thin salami. this 12 inch sub didnt have 1/4 pound of meat on it. So I go to speak with the OWNER today to ask him if hethinks that that sub is worth 10$ and to let him know how embarrassing it was to bring home 5 subs that looked like that andhave to hand them out to my friends. His reply was if you came here to belittle me I dont need it. I explained that I wasnttrying to belittle anyone but just get a decent sandwich for an already inflated price. The Owner is probably 25 and has no ideaabout pleasing his customers. During all of this he never once said sorry we were disappointed or anything to that effect. WhenI explained that we could get better subs at any of the three other places in town including subway he told me I am free to gothere instead. This is not how you run a business. Read more

I paid $12 for this sub to have extra cheese and also waited longer than they said for me to get it! I am very dissatisfied!... Look at how little bacon was put on this sub! What I?m the world!
