Cashier was very rude disrespectful, no one seemed to enjoy doing their job. Manager took cashiers side when she stated that... the customer was rude and that was not the case at all, did not know it was being rude to let the cashier know that there wasmore items to be added to the order before she did a final total. It took over 30 minutes for everyone to get their orders. The place was dirty. No soda in the machine. No napkins. Ketchup all... over the counter. Employees arguing in the back and people being told they will be fired if they walk out. This used to be thebed one in the area Read more
Grabbed a quick lunch before hopping on the thruway. Drive-thru was quick and easy. Food was hot. Tasted good. Prepared the way... it is supposed to he prepared. $5 biggie bag is an excellent value! Read more
From the Doors to the Counters to the Table/Chairs, everything was dirty/oily and dirty. Looked like some used a filthy wet... cloth & tried to wipe things down , BUT it is was just not clean. It Needs to be Deep Cleaned. Read more
Was disgusting, ordered a parmesan ceaser salad.. Lettuce was disgusting. It actually looked like it was someones left overs.... Chicken was ice cold and had no croutons.There was actually more dressing than a salad. Had to go back inside after using drivethrough because the order was wrong on a burger.. Looked like a whole lot of standing around and goofing off through the drivethrough window. Read more

When did the burgers become half the size as the cheese on top of them? Drive thru is craaaaazzzzyyyyy slow. & staff generally... isnt very pleasant in my experience. If you're in a rush, go elsewhere or go in. & make sure you check your food before youdrive away. Personally, I think wendy's has gotten expensive for being fast food. I do like they're food generally though. Not afan on their practice of cooking the bacon til it's crispy, but what're ya gonna do there. Like I said, usually pleased with thefood, no big complaints there. Love their baked potatoes. Some of their breakfast sandwiches are a little funky tasting though,they've got some work to do there. What kinda employees go through the mobile orders and cancel orders?? Very nice working feature, it's funny how when I worked... food service I was expected to fill my position and just made the orders given, not cancel them. Smh :/ Read more
