At some point the owner needs to step In and hold the employees accountable 6 times not one or two but six times we have went... there and all the employees are sitting outside and saying the systems are down I have seen nothing but poor reviews of thisplace so at this point the owner is the only one that needs to be held responsible systems always down or just poor lousyservice poor upper management is the issue ownership is the issue Read more

Terrible service, employees move so slow it's frustrating. You can literally stand behind the counter and watch them walk back... and forth and accomplish nothing. As an ex McDonald's employees it's frustrating because you know firsthand how terrible thesepeople are. Read more
Ordered 3 cheeseburgers, LG fry, 2 sodas and a large iced coffee. Waited 10 minutes for the sodas and basically one was thrown... across the counter at me , waited 20 more minutes for the food and still no ice coffee. Cashier was busy answering phone takingorders , handing out checks and covering it all as the other manager went in back. Then was told they had no iced coffee.Horrible 40 minutes to get food and drinks. No one seemed to be happy working there. Read more
My experience at the Mohawk St. Stire in Utica NY was horrible. Ordered 2 of the new Crispy Chicken Sandwiches. Had to wait for... the sandwiches about 15 min. When we got home and opened the sandwiches they were overcooked and dry on half burned rolls withonly 2 pickles on each. No mayo, lettuce or anything. Nothing like how they picture it. the drive thru at this location in east utica is terrible. it?s a very narrow strip and someone always seems to pull up behind... you immediately, so if for any reason you need to get out of the line your s o l ? I went there on a lunch break earlier (iwork nights so this is around 9), the kid waited until after i placed my order to tell me they were only taking cash . i had abank card and somebody was behind me so there i was stuck in the line waiting for them to fill two orders before i could leave!..needless to say i didn?t get to eat there or anywhere tonight because i spent my whole break in a line just waitting to leave Read more
