Probably the most unprofessional workplace I've ever been to. It doesn't help that it looks like it's a bunch of teenagers... that's working there and they have all their friends hanging out in the lobby and talking to their friends and management is notdoing anything... and this is a large? Absolutely the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. Waited 30 minutes at the order screen. So I drove up to the window... and they asked "did you order "this and that", to which I explained I waited for 30 minutes and have not placed an order yet.Twice, someone said on the speaker "we will be right with you" during my wait. Finally I was able to place my order at thewindow, but was treated with no respect. And they didn't even give me the sauce I ordered. This isn't the first time this hashappend to me at a McDonalds in Utica. Do better. Read more
I went to this location to use the internet while in town. I was shocked by the state of the place. We weren't offered... assistance, so we used the kiosk and chose dine-in. When we received our food it was bagged. Not such an issue. The place wasfilthy though. Garbages were overflowing, there was food and garbage on the floor, tables and windows were dirty (didn't getmany photos of that), yet I saw some employees just hanging around. A toilet in the women's room was full of a mess, and while Iwas in there an employee came in to fix her hair. She must've seen it, but an hour minutes later it was in the same condition.It was about 4:30pm on a Saturday and the place was not at all busy, nor was the drive-thru. So this place is open 24/7 but when we pulled up there were cars sitting there not being served. Eventually the one in front of... us pulled up to the window and we followed, the two nasty looking girls in there said some stuff to turn and they exchangedwords. Then when we went to ask if they were closed or not, these nasty petty little girls just "shooed" is away. Never seenlaziness like this, should be shutdown and the whole staff fired. Order taker did not have paper receipt for Order. Told us to ask for one at food pickup. So he looked confused and told us... you get receipt at other window, we told him we were told you could give it to us sense they did not have paper in register. Soafter waiting for about 5 minutes he gave us a receipt. We thanked him, but he didn't look to pleased with the order taker! Read more
