Phone experience twice in a row the worst ever. The order taker had no idea what she was doing, got every single thing wrong no... matter how many times I repeated. TERRIBLE PIZZA!! First off, I walked into the New Hartford, NY location and couldn't even find a menu! Then...I discovered... that none of the prices were posted (very frustrating)!! I had to get the counter clerk to tell me the prices for multipleitems, which wasted her time and irritated me!! I finally said "Screw it, just give me a small cheese pizza with extra sauce!".It cost almost $11 with tax! I didn't have to wait long to get it, BUT...talk about small!! The pizza was as small as youcould get, and it didn't even have the extra sauce I specifically asked for!! It was NOT worth the money!! Let's be honest,Domino's doesn't really make good pizza...it's mediocre at best!! But this pizza was NOT worth the money!! A small cheesepizza should be about $6-$7 at these types of establishments! Olivia worst customer service EVER. Extremely rude to customers and wont provide refund when they are 2hrs late for my delivery.... Thank God i recorded her. I?m taking this all the way up to Richard E. Allison Jr. she probably don?t know who he is. Read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Delivery driver was excellent: prompt, polite so I tipped well but I order what I order every single time... (both of the baked oven dip combos w a side of garlic knot bread) and they were both so over baked that I couldn?t even get themout of the container. They were burnt on the edges and ROCK SOLID. They?re supposed to be cheesy dips and they were so hard Icouldn?t even scoop them out with a spoon. They?re usually SO GOOD! Never had this issue so called to let them know and themanager was incredibly rude, put me on a hold a bunch of times w no warning and told me there was nothing they could do bc allof their items are placed on a conveyor belt so there was ?no way? they were over baked. After basically harassing them for anhour bc they kept pawning me off to corporate (which is just an email confirmation of your complaint with NO resolution or humancontact) they told me I could bring the items back in and wait to have them replaced but they would not partially refund orredeliver bc I do not drive. Will never eat with them again and it?s a shame bc that was the first time I?ve ever had an issue wtheir food being literally inedible. Read more
Incredibly rude manager or whoever is on the phone. They made my wife cry on the phone. They dropped the pizza in front of a... different building in the middle of the night. They accused her 'cheating' somehow to get an extra pizza. No respect forcustomers. No respect. Even for a long time customer like us. Pizza is always good. Always tastes the same, which is good. Honestly I'm a little sad. I came from California and always... heard NY pizza was the best. Yah right it all tastes the same. Like every pizza place has the same recipe and use the sameingredients. Dominos is way better that any family place I've tried. Read more

The manager Olivia is extremely rude have had several problems with her at this location she is very unprofessional. I have... never had problems with this Domino's until she started working here Domino's needs to replace her with a professional managershe is young and arrogant and unprofessional and there are many several reviews complaining about this individual while I wassitting out front writing this review I also witnessed Olivia between 6:20 p.m. and 6:25 p.m. on October 14th playing on herphone and coughing into her hands and playing with her ponytail not washing her hands going right back to flipping the dough andcutting the pizza and handling the food which is extremely unsanitary this will be reported to the health department because Iam pretty sure this is something that she does frequently not caring about customer service or customers health Read more
