My place to go usually just for an Iced Cappuccino (made with chocolate milk) If you haven't tried it, you should! It's amazing... for your taste buds. Read more

Every time I come here my iced coffee tastes like dirty water. I ask for extra cream and sugar hoping it'll be better and still... it is not. I didn't have time to go back right away as I was running late for work, so I tried going back after work at 550pmand they were closed with a sign on the door saying sorry we close at 6 until further notice. I've given them many opportunitiesto make the drink correctly it seems the only one who makes it right is at 15 Mile and Utica. Read more

Ladies were nice at speaker this morning but only giving 2 stars because it is extremely disappointing to get home and realize... your missing items. Especially after spending your money. I would suggest double checking bag to satisfy your customers. Hopingfor a better experience next time around considering that this is the closest location to my home. Read more

This Tim hortons by far is the worst experience I?ve ever had at any tim hortons! When we were ordering we noticed the prices... were very high and my son wanted just a bacon panini they charged me for a steak panini plus for bacon and sourdough bread whichdidn?t make sense because I was already paying for the steak and chz and mind you they only put 2 bacons which was ridiculous! Ialso asked for a dome lid for my coffee and they gave me a bigger size and our whole receipt did not make sense! My husbandssandwich had a couple chickens in it! This place is a rip off!! Stay away! So the person who ordered our food today did good! She listened and repeated things back, however, when we got to the window,... the people messed up? I wanted (2) vanilla cream donuts and they gave us (2) regular with sprinkles. We told the guy and heapologized and my mom and I witnessed him put the sprinkles back ONTO the tray where they get them. Honestly, that?s not whatyou do. Like, at all!! The lady who took our order said ?ok! 2 vanilla creams!? And the guy then said ?we actually only have 1?I try my best to leave decent reviews, but this just infuriated me. Not to mention though, there was only one other personbehind us, so it?s not like they were swamped or anything. Regardless of that, everything seemed clean and in order, for themost part, just wished the guy hadn?t put the donuts back into the tray where they got them from. Read more

Every other day and any other tim Hortons in Macomb and Oakland county has no problem doing my order the way I asked and... normally no problem here either but nope not today.. must have a lazy employee that doesn?t want to do her job. Not that my 7$order 3 days a week matters but I won?t come back to this location. I only stopped here cause it was closer to my work I?ll justbe stopping at the one that closer to my house they never have a problem with my order. Whoever was at drive thru this amshouldn?t be allowed to take orders there?s a nice young man who?s the best and always smiling and friendly and happy to takeyour order and give it to you. Read more
