This location is absolutely horrible window time is over 2 minutes. They hire a bunch of druggies received my food in... unacceptable way looked like someone played with it or they dropped it. I suspect lots of staffing issues as of recently. Forget this place early in the morning from 5am - 6:30am. Place is a ghost... town around these times with no soul in sight. I always love myself some Tim Hortons. During the morning rush the wait can be quite long, unfortunately, ordering on the app... does not reserve anything and once you go to pick up your order that's when the start the process of getting your ordertogether. If I had an opportunity to rank it negative 5 stars I would. I go to this Tim Hortons every Sunday before church. My son loves... the wraps and my wife says it's the best coffee. But what happened today has my family and I never going to that one everagain. I was ordering food and before I was done ordering they totalled my order. When I told them I wasn't done ordering Ireceived a rude reply of well keep going then!! No I'm sorry just rudeness. So when I called the store to complain which Irarely do, it was the same person who answered the phone. I asked for the manager and they said they were. When I explainedhow upset I was I got silence then an I'm sorry and more silence. I repeated my upsetness because I was thinking if this "was"the manager he would be more sympathetic. But all I got next was oh maybe they thought you were done because you werequiet(Trying to defend them!!!)... they never asked me If my order was complete or of I wanted anything else. the location on 23 mi rd in Shelby twsp is terrible. I went inside (the line of cars was too long) . I was the only one inside.... waited 5 minutes and asked if they were taking orders and was told to wait, they were very busy! I waited 5 more minutes andwent to Wendy's.. their egg and cheese was great and only $1 with free coffee for seniors. Rudest location I?ve ever been to! Iced cappuccino is never consistent. Hardly any flavoring in it. Never a please or thank you.... Work on your guest service! I threw this iced cappuccino out the window. Do not come here. The one on Hall Road is MUCH better.To the owner - I suggest taking a look at this feedback and reviews. I went here to pick up my moms mobile order she told me she had 2 coffee so I went inside ordered for myself and picked hers up... they gave me the two for her but when I got home she showed me her order she was supposed to get 2 xtra large not 1 xl and 1medium like they gave me. So when I called I gave her the order # and she remembered me and the fact that they gave me a mediumon accident she told me to bring back the medium to exchange or they would give me the difference on another coffee. I think theleast they could do for wasting my time energy and gas having to go back there would be to not waste a coffee and throw that infor MY troubles. My mother and I spend a lot of money there I go pretty much everyday and they messed up not me!
