This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Order da13c1 at 4:51. The last time I told her I was short... changed, she insisted I gave her the wrong amount, I said okay, and let it go. I made sure today that would not happen again,thinking I?m crazy. This is the same cashier who took our order from last time, Sarah S. I gave her 22.78 and asked her ?78cents correct, showing her my hand of change, she said yes. Thinking there would be no issue this time around. She gives me 9.80back and says I only gave her 58 cents instead of 78, which was false, I showed her my hand with 78 cents. I didn?t argue withher, when I told her it was 78, she insisted it was 58 and it was not. Check the cameras. I?m not sure if she does this forextra money or is gaslighting. I know I gave her 22.78 and wanted a 10 back. If she really thought it was 58, she could havesaid, hey, this is 58, not 78. Please check cameras.I having to write a review over this, but I will not be coming back to thislocation. Came here on 10/09, the food was great and the employees were nice, best taco bell experience we've had in a while.
Just moved to this area and I must say it?s nice to finally get some fast and great customer service. I stopped late night... tonight. Thank you to the young lady at the window! Read more
WORST SERVICE EVER. This is my final time ever ordering from this Taco Bell. Three strikes you're out...this last time I placed... a drive through order, and 4 items were missing. It was nearly 40% of my order. This is the third time my order has beengrossly messed up AND had missing items. Apparently the employees are mismanaged or just lacking in any work ethic. Do yourself,your wallet, and your stomach a favor and go to the OTHER nearest Taco Bell. Read more
I wanted to give this place an average 3 stars but I can't. Tonight was my 3rd time going there where they have no ingredients.... "Before you order just know we are out of ground beef, chicken, steak, tacos and we only have rice and beans." Why are youeven open? Just close and go home for the day. On a normal visit it's hit or miss. Sometimes everything is great here, mostvisits you never get your sauces and every taco is either crushed or poorly made. The staff is always fast and friendly. Drive thru service is pretty good with timing during the lunch rush, but recently there has been a young lady that takes the... order who literally SCREAMS everything, she isnt doing it rudely but is just extremly loud. Older lady with glasses that handsout the food seems like a sweetheart and just gives out positive energy when i see her! Cant go wrong with The Grande Nacho boxwith a Pepsi. Read more
