Placed an order online after looking up the store and making sure they were open. Order placed successfully online tracking... said they were preparing our food and that it was ready. Go to the store itself to pick it up and it?s closed and nobody is atthe location. They didn?t have a problem charging me for food there was none there to even make. Read more
Was disappointed with the fact that this Subway doesn't carry cucumber ???? anymore plus the staff weren't overly helpful
Other than not having cucumbers my order was good and in a timely way. The staff was nice and courteous
Placed an order online but when I arrived it still wasn't made BUT, the guy was alone and getting flustered with trying to... fulfill the orders of everyone walking in plus the phone ringing. I understood his predicament, so I still tipped generously.Sandwich was good, had the new "italian" and pleasantly surprised by the spice level of the capicola. Cookies were overcookedand hard as rocks, so that sucked. But overall good experience if you're patient and/or understanding of these situations. Read more
Had never went to this location prior to today. Only went because the location at Canal and Schoenherr was closed at 2:30 in the... afternoon. ???? I was skeptical as I usually am with trying new locations, the good news is I didn't get food poisoning sothat's a relief. Upon entering there was a funky odor inside, not sure what exactly it was. I proceeded because I was hungry andreally needed to get to work. The bread was a little more stale then I would have preferred, although unlike our local Subway,the Italian herb and cheese bread actually had cheese and herbs on it so that's a plus. Ordered a footlong cold cut withAmerican cheese, meat looked fresh. Veggies on the other hand, I took a chance with them. Lettuce didn't look very fresh andneither did the green peppers. The spinach looked wilted, not that I wanted it anyway but just throwing that out there. Thesandwich ended up tasting pretty good aside from the stale bread. Although I will say this Subway location charged a $1 morethen other Subway locations I've been too. I paid almost $8 for a footlong cold cut here and it's $7 at other subways Ifrequent. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience, it could have been better but at least this location was open and I was ableto get food prior to having to go back to work. Staff was friendly. Read more
As much as I want to like this Subway for its convenient location close to my home, it's been a disappointment each time. Last... time I went was months ago and I had to throw away my sub without even taking it out of the wrapper because the lady who made itcoughed the entire time she was making it and I didn't want to possibly get sick from it. I didn't want to be rude or make herfeel bad, so I even paid for it and then just threw it away without saying anything to her. Well I went today, despite pastpoor experiences, and was reminded why I don't frequent this location. I ordered a 6inch meatball sub (it was decent but thebread was chewy). Sadly, the footlong cold cut combo was much worse. As soon as I picked it up, I could tell the bread wasstale. It was dry and hard, not moist and soft. I took a bite and the first flavors I tasted were that of spoiled vegetables. Icouldn't tell if the lettuce had soured or if the tomatoes were bad or what. I tried to remove all those components but it stilltasted sour. I think that's gonna be my last time there. I decided to write this review not to hurt that store but to savesomeone from possibly getting sick and also in hopes the store manager will read it and make some changes. She seems like nicepeople. I've walked up there 5 times for them to be closed while during their stated bussiness hours...I just stood up there for 25 mins... after walking up there for the 2nd time this morning for them to be closed..I called and asked when they would be open..thewoman said 11am.. I waited u til 11:05 tried the door..to have 2 women just stare at me and say no through the window. I'veordered from these same 2 women before and that experiance started rough as well.. as soon as I walked in they had an attitudeand seemed annoyed..I work fast food as well and assured them I wouldnt give them a hard time and they were fine afer that butthis a bunch of bull. Oh yeah and now they won't answer the phone at all. All of this is very unprofessional. I'm a reasonableperson..I just want to know why they would tell me they would be open in 25 mins if they werent going to be. Tired of wasting mytime and energy. Read more
