I went to the 23 mile and Vandyke location. I was greeted by the manager with a smile. She was working on the customer in front... of me order. She finished as soon as she could so she could start on my sandwich. What a lovely young lady she was. We had agreat conversation. I'm sure she will be successful no matter what she decides to do in her future as she told me she will beheaded back to her birthplace next week. I'm sure this store will surely miss her. Read more
Do not bother with curbside pickup. Manager will not bring you sandwich. You end up having to grab it off the rack regardless... if customers in store or not. You are last to be served. I tried curb side twice, won't bother again. Store is disorganizedand not enough workers. Will start using store up on 26 Mile. Omg, just read the cochroach review 3 weeks ago.. Call healthdept. I would rate zero but thats not a choice. So I was standing in line a few days ago ish getting some food and I couldn't help but... to notice the sticky traps on the counter between the bread oven and their toaster which toasts our food. Then as I was lookingI seen something scurry across the counter. Yup you guessed it. This subway has live cockroaches.there bread is always stale andhard. I've been to this location many times and every time it's been nothing short of bad service. I firmly suggest NOT eatinghere unless you want cockroaches, stale bread and wilty frozen vegetables. Best believe the health department has been called.This establishment needs closed down til the pest problem and better customer service is met. Whoever owns this establishmentyou should be ashamed of the business and service your giving to the community. Read more
Usually don't do reviews, and I'm not doing this to vent, but to warn others. Do not come here. Was the only person in line and... it still took forever. Asked the guy for Italian herb and cheese and he gave me white. Lettuce was brown. Dude couldn't keep histhoughts straight. Would be understandable if the place was busy, but I was the only one there. Then I realized he wasn'twearing gloves. Handed me the bag, I go to fill up my drink and he coughs all over the place. I just got over being sick at atime I can't afford to be sick and so help me god if I get sick again I'll be livid. Threw the sandwich out. Not even walkingback in that place Read more
By far the worst subway I have been to in my life. Veggies look old and food looks outdated. I have been here about three times... and each time it gets worse. Understaffed and non sanitary. Just not a place I would recommend to others. ALWAYS OUT OF THINGS.Fountain Machine was broken. Only nice things was the staff but other than that find another subway. Read more
I found a bug and hair on the bottom of my sub! When i brought it to the attention of the workers nothing was done. They just... kept making excuses trying to figure out what to say. The subway is right next to a pet store! I found a cricket in the lobby.So gross. It was a large shirt lady with blondish hair. Didnt get her name since she didnt have a name tag on. Used to be able to create a great sub and they've eliminated so many ingredients it's not worth it.
