I was excited to try this restaurant and it went downhill quick. I was tired and decided to take my kids out to eat. It took... over an hour for us to get our food, 30 minutes to get soup and 45 minutes to get a salad. She kept forgetting it. The tablethat ordered 20minutes after me got their soups and salads with my food. Also they ordered their food at least 30 minutes afterwe did and ours came out at the same time. Only reason I noticed is because I was there for soo long. The waitress was awkwardto say the least, but she said she was new. The French onion soup and salad were good. My 9oz filet came burnt and uneatable. Iordered medium rare. I didn?t complain because I was BEYOND ready to go. She forgot my chives then that was another 10 minutesbecause she said they had to be ordered. They came warm and old looking. I was confused cause they should have been cold andfresh. I?m thinking they were left under the heaters for the food.It was impossible to get a refill on our drinks. My kidschicken pasta was good. The bread was different but ok. Overall the 1star is for the pasta. I?m totally disappointed. I spent80$ and went home and ate a bowl of soup. Read more

Really nice ambiance. I had the Tuna steak, with mashed potatoes and gravy, side salad, and a margarita. The food was good,... drink was delicious, and the service was great. Their prices are very fair. They serve a housemade bread and butter thatsamazing. Read more
Everytime we go here they hit it out of the park. This place must be Shelby two's best kept secret. The plates are reasonably... priced and the steak is cooked perfectly. The cut of meat seemed very generous for a 9oz filet and the presentation was simplebut splendid. Read more
Definitely worth the trip! Everything was fantastic from the drink to the salad to the main course. We did send back one dish... but it was due to personal preference and the server was very nice about it. Service was great and even for a party of 6, itdidn't break the bank. I highly recommend this fantastic steak house. Read more
Service was great and the restaurant had a clean, modern appeal. But the food was not to my taste. Very bland, standard options.... Very easily compared to the quality you would get from a catering company ? where it?s not bad but it?s not good either. We hadthe filet mignon and baked spaghetti entrees. We were expecting a better steak, since that is their namesake, but wasdisappointed by its flavorlessness and it?s quality. The restaurant was busy and appears to be a popular choice for many locals,but we probably won?t be coming here again. Read more
We haven't had dinner here since before the pandemic, & are delighted by the remodel. "Uncle Nick" would be as impressed as we... are! Food, drinks, & service are all top notch, well above most other places. We'll be back soon. Nice job Bill, George, &staff! Read more
