great drinks and we?ve been going a bit and never had an issue, but tonight i ordered something not on the menu and maybe that?s... why the older lady was rude, even though it wasn?t complex it was two ingredients. but after i ordered my boyfriend went up afew minutes later and got a drink as well and she looked at him and rolled her eyes and walked to the back. we weren?t there tocomplain about the drink or something. that kinda ruined my whole mood. i also work in food and i?d never roll my eyes atsomeone. Nice Starbucks. Good staff. Friendly. Beware though! The customers that go here are cringeworthy. This will be the 3rd time in a... row I?ve watched a customer raise their voice at a teenage person working the register. Has lots to do with the demographic oftarget shoppers in this area. Bunch of Karens. It?s not the workers fault your nitro brew or oat milk isn?t there. What do youwant from a 200sqft Starbucks in the corner of a target?! Good Starbucks. Bad customers. I worked in food service for several years and I understand having to turn a customer away because they come in 1 minute before... closing. But 15 minutes with no closed sign out while the cashier was talking to a customer? I said ?oh, I thought you closed at9? and received the reply ?I don?t care.? Cool, I?ll go to Tim?s, the Canadians are nicer anyway. Read more
