It's been a while since we've came back here to get their food and I was so excited until this experience. We just left here,... HUNGRY and EMPTY-HANDED!!! My husband and I are LIVID with what just happened... We came here around 2pm today 11/5/2022, waitedin line for 30 minutes to place a to-go order and was told the food should be ready in about 15 minutes. We waited and after 25minutes, I went in to see if its ready, NOPE they said it'll be a few more minutes, we continued to wait patiently since weunderstood that they were busy. A total of being there for almost 2 hours, I asked if our food is ready and if it's not to justgive me a refund, they check the kitchen and we find out that our food was NEVER made!!! Standing there looking stupid with NOHELP from the staff to see if I've been helped, NOTHING!!! We left after the refund was submitted, but I wish we could've justhad the food. I'm so disappointed, I was craving it. All I wanted was to eat!! As a business, you should be ashamed ofyourselves!!! Edit after the second visit: I brought my family to dine here, never again. We placed an order before a large group of people... came in. A boy that took the order told me our order would take 15-30 min, when, in fact, it took 1 h 15 min. Plus they had only2 items on the menu from a big list. Sorry, but not coming back to dine in again. Sweets take out only First visit: I?ve beenwanting to come here for months, and finally the opportunity arrived - I was in the area. What a wonderful place. The chef Andrewas extremely hospitable, grateful for his kindness. Frinedly staff, food very well prepared. However I think the prices are not comparable with the type of food. Not that the food... was not good but I could've gone to a fancier restaurant for the same money. I still want to come back. Read more
I love this place. We can really feel at home :) From 12pm they have lunch. It's pretty delicious and for a fair price. Loved... the desserts, and the friendly staff. You can make kids busy with all the toys available. There is an external area. The onlything that we didn't like was the disposal cups for coffee. We would go back for sure! Read more
The food is good but I feel like this has to be said: they are Very unorganized. Which is made worse by some poor costumer... service from SOME of the people working there. The Asian looking lady was a sweetheart and the boy at the cashier was also verynice so I don?t want to generalize. Here?s what happened: Called in for take out and was told it?d be ready in 30 minutes. Well,I got there 40 minutes later and it wasn?t only not ready but my order hadn?t even made it back to the kitchen yet. Cashierseemed confused and was startled by my presence (like a ?ops?moment). Well, after that I was left standing waiting for my orderfor 40 more minutes. I would sporadically ask kindly about the status of my order only to be treated rudely by a middle agedwomen. She made me feel like I was bothering her, but hey? I was the costumer who had placed an order more than an hour ago. Shehas the hell of a bad attitude. The only reason why I ordered by phone for take out was because I had bad experiences there inthe past where food took too long to be ready or was forgotten about. So I tried to get ahead of myself this time and it was theworst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I have been there many times and was really trying to give them a chancebecause it?s a specialty place and it?s owned by Brazilians and I wanted to support; yet the hassle is not worth it for meagain. My mental health and good costumer service are more important than trying to get Brazilian foods. Read more
Where you least expect there you will find a little piece of Brazil. With maestro chef Andre creations you can for sure enjoy... some of Brazilian pastry offerings as well as savory dishes without regrets. Great experience! Read more
