If you ever see the red sign on you HAVE to stop and try a freshly glazed donut hot off the line. How they managed to make their... donuts so light and airy with this heavenly glaze I don't know. Great donuts, customer service is lacking. The cashier took my card to pay then left me at the window waiting for 5 minutes with... no explanation. Giving a customer a heads up as to why they are waiting is always a good idea. Read more

I'm not a fan of Krispy Kreme. I think the donuts are too soft. However, my kids love all donuts and there was an online special... for a dozen glazed donuts for $4.52. We also ordered a 3 pack of their summer flavors: Orange creamsicle, vanilla cone, andfirecracker. The donuts were ready for pickup when I arrived, which was a good thing because it was already crowded. We ate thesummer flavors immediately and froze most of the glazed donuts in sandwich bags, which keep well for 3 months. The Orangecreamsicle was my favorite, brought back childhood memories of eating push-up pops. The vanilla cone was my kids' favorite,topped with cone chunks. The firecracker was too sweet. Read more

Best donuts known to man. But they are very dumb the way they handle mobile orders. Make us wait in a 20 car drive thru line... instead of letting mobile orders come inside to pickup. I ordered online ahead of time to be convenient. This is the exactopposite of convenience, I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Also at the end of this when I finally got my order, they gaveme 2 glazed in place of 2 premium donuts I paid for. There is no way any reasonable person would get back in line to have thiscorrected and no reasonable employee would expect me to do so. I went to the door and knocked, someone saw me and I waited.Nobody came so I knocked again, someone saw me and I waited again. Once again, nobody came and I began to get that I was beingignored. It was obvious I was there because something was wrong with my order because I had 3 dozen donuts in my hands that theycould clearly see that I was gesturing to. I knocked and knocked and was being ignored. It was 18 degrees outside and they wereignoring me. I had to walk to the drive thru to talk to them and when I did, they couldn?t care less about the fact they wereignoring me. These are some low class, lazy employees who do not deserve the job they have. Read more

Since they do not have dine in three of us went there to buy donuts. We were told only one order per car. So I placed my first... order, then got back in line to drive around and place a second order. Thank goodness the young man at the window wasintelligent enough to let us place the second and third without having to drive around again. Read more
