Wanted a sub but got a regular sandwich. There online ordering site doesn't specify that when you select wheat bread you don't... get a sub but sandwich because they discontinued wheat subs. Read more

Bread was stale, lettuce was old, customer service was not good and no one was wearing a mask. Staff made me feel like an... intruder. They were busy with online orders but walk ins were second best. Will never go back. In fact this ruined JJs for meforever. I'm done being treated awful and then asked for money. Hello Jersey Mike's. Read more

STALE BREAD EVERY TIME?.. Been here 5 times as I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. So annoyed as my daughter and I... love to grab a quick fresh sub and have a picnic at the local parks. The bread is clearly over cooked (dark), stale, dry, hard.Won?t be back. Read more

I rarely post negative reviews- however I placed a delivery order almost two hours ago. Have called twice- rude staff .. and... they told me it would be delivered within 20 minutes each time. Perhaps a different experience if you?re picking your food up-I would recommend talking to your staff about customer service. Read more

As a heads up to anyone ordering, the delivery usually takes well over an hour. This has happened consistently for over a year,... so plan to order a couple hours before you're hungry and tip your driver because we're all out here doing our best. Good luckpals. Read more

This location doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is rude and has no concept of time. Be sure when you order from here you... order with an open mind. They will make your meal however they feel you should have it. The first time I ordered food from hereI didn't receive my for for over an hour. I called the store and asked why I haven't received my order yet. The young man that Ispoke to said they only had one driver at the moment began to apologize to me. I told him no apologies were needed as Iunderstood how hard it is to find employees these days. I was assured I would receive my food within 10 minutes. Over 45 minuteshad passed so I decided to call back. Only this time I was irate. I was told that the driver was still waiting for my sandwichto be made. I asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and told me I had no reason to be upset and that my moneywould be refunded followed by the phone being slammed. Today I ordered online again giving them the benefit of the doubt. Theorder came very quickly and the receipt on the bag was mine but the food was not. This is a poorly managed location and need tobe addressed immediately. I would really like for someone from corporate to get in contact with me because the inconvenience ofme have to drop everything I am doing to go sit in a long line is unacceptable.
