We have came here for years. Since the staff changed to younger kids it has really gone down hill. This time was interesting. I... asked for a everything bagel toasted with extra cream cheese. Paid for the extra cream cheese in the initial order. The youngkid said "oh don't worry I'll hook it up" Amazing. I get my bagel and it is this. Not toasted, no cream cheese. When asked for aside of cream cheese since there wasn't enough he tried to charge me AGAIN for it. He stated he put more then usual on the bagelso he did do extra.
