My family and I frequent scooters regularly, we love the drinks there. The last few times we?ve gone to this location we?ve had... a few issues. One of the issues being we were charged for an item we did not order/nor did we receive. When we noticed thecharge, we went back to Scooters to request a refund for the item. We were advised they could not help and we would have to callcorporate. This was extremely frustrating and really left us with a bad experience. I called at the start of the new week ascorporate was closed on the weekend. I spoke with Denise Morgan with Loving Cup LLC, corporate for Scooters. She worked so hardto resolve the issue and went above and beyond to help us. The customer service I received from her was phenomenal. As someonewho has been in customer service for 11 years, I was truly blown away by all her efforts. We are thankful to her, and it reallyshows how Scooters is really a top coffee shop to go to compared to their competitors. We love Scooters! ?? Read more
Blenders always good. Breakfast burrito ???? tastes decent but worth more like $1 vs the $4 price.
I love this scooters. Generally they are on their game. I ordered an extra shot and my blended drink wasn't dark enough to... have an extra shot in it. Was 5 minutes until closing. Wonder if that had anything to do with it!?! Read more

I didn?t enjoy coming here. I paid extra to have oat milk in my coffee and got regular milk.. I have an allergy and cannot have... regular milk. By the time I realized, I was already almost to work. Service was also just ok, nothing special. I usually go tothe scooters on mills civic parkway, which is a fantastic location and I love the people there. Will not be coming to this oneagain Read more
Quick, friendly and tasty! My mom has been talking this place up for a long time and I understand why. I got 3 fancy drinks, all... 3 made with non dairy milk, it came to about 18 bucks... kind of pricey for what it is, but probably half the price ofStarbucks. I am very lucky that I live within 2 miles of three Scooter's locations - 10155 Hickman Rd, 7500 Hickman Rd, and a new location... at 4566 University Ave. I normally go to the location at 10155 Hickman because it's on the way to where I am traveling. Notanymore. I will pass this location as often as possible to go to the store on University Ave. Today I went to get my large peachvertigo smoothie. The person taking my order (red ponytail, colorful glasses, smart watch with rainbow band) got it wrong. Ididn't get the extra red bull that comes with the order (the person that made it had a black ponytail) , and they didn't offermy two dogs a pup cup. This is the third time in a row that I've been to this location and there was either something wrong withmy order or my dogs weren't offered a pup cup. I never have this problem at the University Ave location - everyone is friendlyand nice and they always offer a pup cup. I am sure that nothing will come from this but I will not frequent this location ifthere is any other option. Read more
