This McDonald's was disgusting. The floor in the children's play place was filthy, the highchairs were covered in I am not sure,... and around the garbage can was nasty. It was unfortunate, our 3 year old granddaughter enjoys playing in these, but was notallowed to. It is hard to explain to a three year old why they can't play as normal. When I mentioned it to management, I gotyou are mistaken, they were just in there an hour ago. Manager tells me they?re not open yet. No sort of closed sign posted. Claims her system didn?t work so they aren?t open. I ask... if I can use the bathroom. She opens the door. I thank her several times. She says they?re open now. I tell her I?ll order foodto let her know I?m not just using their bathroom. Her reply? ?Here we go!? I?ve been standing at the front counter for eight minutes while the young man does everything except take my order. I?m the only... one at the counter, and he can?t prioritize an incoming guest over refilling the milk bath and letting the kitchen get startedon my order while he messes with that. For starters I pull up no car's in drive thru, immediately the girl says hols on ok i wait. She comes back on are you ready to... order?. I pulled up ready to order but was told to wait but whatever say my order oh we don't have that right now ask for asmoothie with my meal. Ok well do you guys have the slashes oh wait let me see which one's one's we have,they only had twoflavors so now I don't want a meal just a sandwich and fry with no salt that took a whole 12 minutes to get out the window friesonly take 5 minutes to drop fresh got to do better!! The fry grease needs changed the fries was still no good soggy like theburger still raw on inside. How can you run a restaurant an have nothing the people want?? Just went through the drive through and ordered a McDouble and a large fries. Over $6 for that I end up with a regular cheese... burger. NOT a double. What a joke. These workers think they should get $15 per hour and screw up something this simple. Whata joke! Never again!!! Read more
Really.... raw burgers only cooked on the sides but the center and the other one completely raw n lightly cooked on each... side.... This is not okay... This is a health violation and can cause food poisoning to people. I heavily do not recommendeating or ordering at this joint ever again. Read more
