Good food good people work there always clean.
Staff is always friendly and quick. Somewhat basic store compared to some of their others nearby but still good.
Normally i do not have any issue with any Kum & Go. This morning was different. I just stood at the counter for over 10 minutes... with two employees talking with one another and neither of them stepped up to assist me. I was so angry I walked out and left myitems on the counter. I WILL NOT ever go back to that location. Read more
I?ve been going to Hyvee gas for awhile today I came to this qt just to clean my windows cause I couldn?t see out of them when I... filled up at Hyvees gas station the garbage was filled and the window cleaner stations didn?t have any window cleaner and thesqueegees were frozen I had to stop or I?d get pulled over came here had two per one and filled to the top and wasn?t frozen! Iwill be coming back and filling here for now on. Clearly the employees take care of their gas station here! Better than somethat just don?t care about customers! Thanks. I got gas and stopped in to grab a juice before continuing on my drive. The man at the register commented on how much sugar was... in my drink. I laughed it off and said "hey at least no sugar added though, all good ol' c6h12o2." He then told me how it didn'tmatter since any form of sugar would process to glycogen. I said "not if I burn it off" and he replied "yeah, but this much?"and gestured to me as if to say I was too unhealthy to burn it off. It was fairly rude for an employee to insinuate that acustomer is fat and to judge their purchades. Read more
I can't say enough great things about this business. My husband, myself and our three kids were driving back home on Jan. 1st... when we broke down. We were still 700 miles from home our truck just quit. It's a diesel and it was freezin cold out. After manyfailed attempts to contact a shop or tow truck the woman that was working brought us a number of a shop that she called on ourbehalf. They offered us chairs to sit and wait and were beyond nice. There was a man and women working at that time and I wouldlike to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the help they provided. The kid that works the overnight is mentally unstable. I went there on my way home from work and he was wandering outside -... greeted me at my car and when I was just a bit uneasy about it he proceeds to say - I am just being a good host but -f*** meright? Completely unprofessional and I will never EVER stop there again Read more
