Lunch with my boyfriend and my 5 yr old, staff was absolutely amazing, they were welcoming and so sweet. Crayons to keep the... kiddo busy. Everything went great , till we left the IHOP. I left my wallet there and they refuse to acknowledge I did. They "supposedly... check the camera's" but can't see anything or anyone. Even though the booth is right in front of the camera. They said nobodypick it up , not even the waitress. So if you go here , make sure you keep valuable in car. Or even you're wallet till you pay.Cause they lie and steal you're stuff.. Love the food but hate the sneaky, lying,thieving, staff. Read more
It was about a 10 min wait which was great as they were super busy. Service was great and the pancakes and french toast were on... point. Bacon was not crisp and a lttle tough, but overall a pretty good experience. I would go again. Read more
Food was great, servers were great too, but they are short-staffed making it really hard for the servers & increasing wait... time. I hope management can get more staff. I know it's hard right now. 4 stars only in hopes to get the attention ofmanagement. Read more
I haven't been to an IHOP besides the one on Douglas next to Merle Hay Mall, but each time I've gone, the staff have been lovely... and there has been virtually no wait time to be seated even though it was packed both times. They're very quick to clear tables,bring you food/checks, and were very patient with me even though it took several times of being checked on before I even decidedwhat I wanted. The portions they give are massive and are of great taste and value. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to go toan IHOP in the first place! Read more
It is what it is when you go to IHOP. I'd much rather hit a diner however, I had a business meeting at IHOP so I thought... breakfast would be good. My ovaries the eggs were undercooked... Very undercooked. My bacon and hash browns were overcooked.Well. At least the hash browns were overcooked on the outside. Not my best experience. However, the server was very pleasant. Read more
Supposed to be during their food happy hour and I was charged full price. When I mentioned it, they took off the price of my... pop, but still full price for my food. Server was nice yet unattenive. Waited for long periods for everything. Menu, drink,ordering, ticket, and payment. The chicken sandwich was very good though! Ordered it deluxe with bacon. Yummy. Awesomely freshfruit as a side. Ended up paying $11 and tipped 20% on top of that because I know there is a shortage of restaurant workers.Who knows what all my server had to cover. Stopped at this location for "quick" breakfast on our trip cross country and while the food was what you usually expect from... IHOP, the service was absolutely terrible. It took forever to get seated since no one was managing the hosting/paying stationand once we finally got seated we were ignored for about 15 min while the at least 4 waiters were in the area by the beveragemachine just having loud, personal conversations. The service in this location could definitely use more professionalism. Whilewe absolutely love IHOP I would not recommend this particular location due to service! Read more
