First time eating here. I love the building. It's very clean outside and inside. The staff was great and polite. The meal was... delicious and the ice cream was too. I loved the butter bread.. Jordan was very helpful and cheerful. My son and I are gluten free and he was very knowledgeable with gluten free options. Great... customer service and he had been working 12 hours already, this is very rare nowadays. This young man needs a raise. Food wasfast and really good. We had gluten free buns and it was so great to have options. Thank you! Read more

I ordered a large cheese curd and got onion rings instead. I ordered at the counter and the worker repeated back large cheese... curd to me and I said yes. But the ticket says ORING LG. I believe the worker pushed the wrong button ???? Read more

Not a bad place for a quick trip on lunch break or passing through. It's still fast food so set your level of expectations... accordingly. The burgers are good as are the fries. The frozen custard is very good. Dinner options are ok and offer someoptions for a healthy attempt. Will visit again soon. Read more

I waited to review this place because I wanted to see if the restaurant just had a good day or whatnot. The first time I went... the service was good! The manager said hello the moment we walked through the doors and asked everything from our order tosenior and military discounts. Out order had one fluke but it was acceptable. I don't remember what it was. I think it was anadded ingredient on the burger but I think it was a tomato or something nothing major. The second time I went about five daysit seemed a different staff was in it was later in the night about 8:30 pm. We walk through the doors and an employee welcomedus and took our order of food and clarified everything and anything. We got our food in approximately six minutes. We got drinksand sat down for a minute or two and our entire order came out! I was pleased with my burger and on of the people I went withhad a salad which they said it tasted fresh as opposed to other salads she had. I would agree because whenever I get a mushroomand swiss the mushrooms have a metallic taste to them. But not here. They didn't have any disturbing or misplaced tastes. Andpersonally I've NEVER had this happen. The same guy who took our order came over when we were done and asked if everything wasokay and tasted good. Then he proceeded to take our trays for us and dump them. I was flabbergasted by the what should beprofessional service! I have no clue what their training program is but everyone there acted professional and catered to us in away most restaurants don't. Anyway we decided to get frozen custard. So we went back in and ordered but I had a hard timefiguring out what I wanted. Then the same man who took our order the first time suggested something to me. I really didn't knowwhat to say I declined him. Although I felt like he cared about me and what I wanted to order. That kind of service is REALLYhard to come by ESPECIALLY in the fast food industry. Absolutely unacceptable the level of service I had here tonight. I have never, ever wanted to give a zero star rating. I would... here. Stopped in to get a simple order: two scoops of the flavor of the day. Nothing else, just wanted to have some ice creamon my way home. They took my order, I pulled up, paid, slapped the number on my truck mirror, and pulled forward. Nothing wrongso far. Five minutes goes by, then ten. Fifteen minutes gone. Workers have walked up to my truck to look at the number. Haven?taddressed what the hold up was even though I was asking. After twenty minutes - TWENTY MINUTES(!!!) I walked inside with mynumber. Took another couple of minutes for someone in the more the full staff to notice me. I asked where my order was, thinkingit wasn?t even made yet. Nope. It was in some cooler well on the front counter. Just sitting there. No other food or drinkneeded. Melting. No apologies given, they just put it on the counter and turned around. Are. You. Kidding. Me?Unacceptable!!! I will never, ever, stop at this Culver?s again - shame to because its within walking distance of my home. Buttonight was 100% inexcusable and unacceptable.
