Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places, and food was exactly what I expected. French dip, curly fries and apple turnover... all good. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was because was severely understaffed. Service was friendly and professional, buttwo people can only do so much. Read more
The food is always good in my opinion,. But ?. The woman working at this location on 100th st in Urbandale, Mary Jane is her... name, she was totally professional and treated all the guests that walked through the door with complete kindness , and youcould also hear her constantly telling the cooks on the back side thank you for this, thank you for that. I have great respectfor people that show respect to others. Something you don?t see very often in today?s world. . I was so impressed I even wentas far as to call Arbys corporate headquarters to make sure she is recognized for her kindness and professional guest services.. 100/100???? Read more
I just went and got dinner and that was the most disrespectful person in drive thru that I have ever experienced rolling her... eyes and then charging me for a jamocha shake but then not giving it to me and then telling me im lying. Don?t anyone go thereunless u want to be told your lying not getting what u ordered and having the person roll their eyes. Read more
