Ordered a breakfast sandwich, it was not mentioned they were out of key ingredients and they just took it upon themselves to... make a lesser priced one, no refund given, and even then, they forgot the sausage patty....so basically I had to assemble my owninferior overpriced sandwich. I have been a dedicated customer everyday since 2015 and today I experienced such a devastating moment when I looked in my... coffee cup and had clear floaties on the surface of a double double extra large coffee and asked to have it remade. It wasovbious that they simply poured my original coffee into a new cup dictated by the bubble foam on the surface of my "new" freshcup. I also order a BLT asked with no lettuce, after the clear floaties in my coffee looked at my sandwich and there was slimybrown lettuce and a bug on my sandwich. Today marks a NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO TIM HORTONS IN URBANA OHIO AGAIN! I did returnall of it and told them to keep the 12 dollars and it will be the last money they will ever receive from me again!!!! Read more
If you are debating between McDonalds and Tim Hortons will say this, at least if there is an issue with your order a Tim Hortons... employee can help you. For whatever reason the dining room is hit and miss on being open. They don't put a sign in the front tolet you know. So if you have kids, check the door first and then get them out, unless you see people inside orsomething. Overall, things are pretty consistent and I have no complaints. I just hate the McDonalds across the street. Read more
I ordered a dozen doughnuts this morning, 2 were Boston Cream. When I got them to the office, it was noted that there was no... cream in either of them. I called the office several times before Heidi/Amber answered. She answered by saying "hold on please"and set the phone down. Heidi/Amber then proceeded to take drive through orders for the next 15 minutes without returning to thephone. Talk about unprofessional and inconsiderate customer service. She was the worst I have ever encountered. Go to Schuler'sBakery instead. The staff, coffee and doughnuts are far better! To update: I called back and spoke with the manager. When Iadvised her what happened she blew it off, stated well we were busy. She also said, "Why don't you come in and get a job here."She then accused me of being rude. She also stated it was Amber who answered and left the phone setting there. Read more

Tim Hortons has delicious coffee and treats. Their staff is friendly and courteous. They currently have temporary hours of 6am... till 2pm. Very good coffee and doughnuts!! Yummy!! Very clean and super friendly. My love for dark roast coffee has risen since coming here. I tried the new chicken and waffle... breakfast sandwich. It was okay. Kinda on the small size but it's $3.50 so I'm not complaining too much. Read more
Mon-friday this is our breakfast and chat place (in our cars). I have had most of the menu and havnt had a bad meal yet. I... personally dont like fastfood hash Browns but Tim Horton's does make them to where I'll eat them. Top favorites is the farmerswrap, bagel with cream cheese, sour cream timbits, and either a vanilla iced coffee 4x4 add carmal or a red velvet Cold brew. Read more
