Came into this location yesterday at 5:53 pm and was charged twice once on my GF gift card when she tried to just use it to get... points and second charge was when i handed them my credit card. I should have gotten charged 6.63 for a latte i got charged 6.63twice and I live a hour away from the location they expect me to drive to the location to get a refund. That is absurd. Read more

As far as Starbucks go, this is among the best. Lots of large windows south and east facing bring lots of natural light. There's... a functional gas fireplace. The interior is nicely constructed with lots of wood and solid wood tables and chairs. The patio islarge and pleasant with stone bricks and surrounded by trees and bushes with lower than average road noise. Though the nearbytraffic circle generates above average honking... I'm not sure people understand the rules of a traffic circle around here. Ihighly recommend this Starbucks. Read more
If I were rating just the people, it would be a 4-5 star review. However, since we've had at least three recent visits where... they've been out of the foods, plus a visit where they ran out between taking our order (and charging us) and getting to thewindow (making us choose between holding up the line for a refund or taking something we didn't want), I just don't have anyconfidence when waiting in what is a long drive-thru line that wraps around the different directions people are coming from. They've only gotten my order wrong once, which I consider pretty good odds for drive-thru. Food and drink are yummy when theyhave what we want, though! Read more
Starbucks is one of my addictions. I love a good iced coffee. I just wish they had more food options. What they have is okay,... but could be better. They need more options for breakfast and lunch. My favorite was the Thai chicken wrap which had thisamazing Thai peanut sauce, which of course is no longer available. But, I still LOVE the coffee! Read more
So many things wrong with the staff and management. 1) No breakfast sandwiches available. 2) 1 option of box lunches... available. 3) I was never given or offered my receipt. 4) The orders aren't being called out so I'm sitting there waiting for mydrinks in front on the cashier and no one tells me my order is ready. Very welcoming and efficient staff, we were in a bit of a hurry so I appreciated how quickly I was able to get my drink so we... could get back on the road! My Iced Shaken Espresso with Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam was so delicious! My suggestion,customize the recipe and remove the classic syrup, it's definitely not necessary! My friend and I visited this location for the (my) first time. First, the set up is absolutely perfect! We were lucky enough to... snag the set of comfy chairs in front of the cozy fireplace, perfectly decorated with Christmas and Hanukkah gnomes, decor, andmore. Yani helped us both on the register and in making our drinks and food. Not only was she a delight to chat with, but shemade our drinks to perfection! As a (former) barista and cafe manager, this made my coffee-loving heart incredibly happy. Itjust doesn't get any better than delicious treats AND pleasant conversation with a friendly stranger.
