Son wanted Chipotle and I wanted something different. Since Jersey Mike's is right next to Chipotle, this worked. I ordered the... Italian Cold Cut. They slice the meat right in front of you, so you know it's not prepackaged. The veggies are fresh and youcan see them right in front of you. They make the sub to your order. When we got home, my son liked the smell of the sub somuch that he tried it. He was hooked. We've been back there a few times and he gets a custom made sub. He may be only 9 but hewolf's down the regular sized sub in one sitting. He's a picky eater, and Jersey Mike's is now his favorite. Staff is friendly, courteous, and spot on. Walked in and felt pushed to order without even being able to ask about what was on it, just rude and tells me what was on it,... like I had no choice but to have it that way or none. I have been to several Jersey Mikes in the area but this store is above and beyond any sub shop in the Frederick County area. I... come here frequently and I always see a bald guy and a guy with long dreads pulled back. They are ALWAYS smiling, always upbeat,they carry a conversation with me while making my sub.
