The service at this location was so disappointing. I walk in with coupons but am told I have to order online. The online system... is charging me over what I ordered but there are no details that explain what the extra charges are for. Not a single workerknows anything about their own online system that they told me I just use or is willing to ring me up in store. After that poorof service, I just left. I will NOT be coming back. UPDATE: I did contact Samantha, the stores manager. She was very apologetic and gave me my money back. Id like to say the... delivery driver was thoughtful and provided plates as we were jot at home Extremely unprofessional! Tiera(Manager) will cussyou out WITH f-bombs & then hang up on you. When asked how to reach GM. I was told her name is Samantha, but she'll tell you thesame f'ing thing. The delivery took an hour and 45 minutes. Got an entire speal about one of the drivers got arrested for noinsurance/drugs &child support. They left off the sausage, pizza arrived cold and smooshed. Threw away $46 + driver tip of food away. Almost 2 hrs late on delivery. Place order with call center in India. Didnt get... everything i ordered. No response to online complaint. Call to 877 complaint # and they just kicked it back to local. 2ndtime to order from this store and 2nd bad experience. Worse yet is that they don't care enough to even respond. Customerservice and store very poor. Even the driver that delivered didn't care. Lots of other pizza places to spend my money. Edit-isee that the owner only responds to positive reviews. Imagine that lol. Update 4 or 5 days and still have not heard fromanyone. Another call to overseas call center and promises of Contact within 48 hours. Absolutely horrible customer service. Read more

We ordered for delivery on a particularly icy, snowy night and our order arrived early with everything hot, fresh and tasting... great! The pictures here are of 1) an order of cheesy-sticks and 2) Chipotle flavored wings. Taking this location for what itis - a late night pizza spot - I have absolutely no complaints! I ordered online for a curb side pickup. It went well and the thin crust pizza plus parmesan papadias. Although I waited for... sometime at parking right in-front of the store, I didn?t get any delivery but after about 10mins, they got it. They were goodand warm on a cold night.
