Terrible service and old food re-heated in a microwave. My Big King must have been in the microwave for 5 minites. The cheese... and bun all around the edge was so very over cooked the they were almost one and the same, at least all around the edge.Absolutley disgusting to consider just how cold that Big King must have been to require the outsode edges to be plastisized inthe microwave before the center was warm. They are TRULY sad. They don't understand anything. We ordered a Chicken sandwich but received a whopper. Then! Called (twice)... just to be told that .. *I said whopper instead of Chicken* as if I don't know what I said .. then, was told to call tomorrowafternoon to talk to the manager.. .. it's Sad & very unprofessional on them Read more

The people that are giving this place a 5 star are the upper management that work there. This is the worst Burger King I've gone... to. I went there twice and both times, I heard people arguing through the drive thru speaker. They messed up both my orders wentI went there. They charged me Large fry but gave me a small, and I dont want to nitpick something like that, because it's not abig deal. The last straw was when I ordered a combo meal and an additional fry, they forgot my fry, but instead of just ringingup the large fry at the window, they tell me I have a car ordering and that I need to go wait in line again. I've worked fastfood in my teen years at 17 and the fact that that place stays open with incompetent and rude staff is unbelievable Read more

Well, how do I put this easy? As you can tell by the photo that I have attached to this rating the menu board was dead on the... left side. I stopped by for breakfast as I'm working out of town this week. Now my local BK I can remember the menu somewhatwell, but just in case since I'm a new town I wanted to know what number I was ordering. Well, I was told in drive-thru to lookat the menu in front of me, as I informed them the board was not working they said "I'm not forsure, you can look on thephone" Oh, okay no thanks. I will go across the street to McDonald's. The line is long but I can only imagine they too can'tread the menu at the BK.. FAIL! Read more

Christian Rose was so very helpful and professional.. he took care of our order with a sense of urgency and it was correct. He... was very helpful and nice. Stopped in for drive through the lady taking my order seem to have an attitude and I could hear people screaming and yelling... through her microphone inside the restaurant. We wait 20 minutes we get our food order was wrong missing a large fry go back inand they start saying lobby is closed for the day which is understandable, no signage on the door or anywhere that said lobby isclosed, but I had a messed up order so I proceeded in word and told them hey I'm missing a large fry. In the meantime I realizedthe cashier/manager is running the place like she's a short order cook. Yelling out orders and hey we don't have any fish rightnow and stuff like that to the person who is taking the drive-through order. Customer service is a zero cleanliness is zerounderstanding of their own menu is a zero. Don't waste your time and try to buy food here. Read more

So i go through the drive thru they didnt know how to do a 6 digit code for a coupon. But eventually figured it out then they... forgot my mozzarella sticks so i went back through and this is what they gave me. This is the worst Burger King in town. Read more

Restaurant hours didn't match what Google or Burger King's website said. The female manager was completely rude and... non-empathetic, told me that they're short-staffed and slammed the drive-through window in my face. I went way out of my way toget here because the app said my order would be ready @6:24am but there's zero communication between Burger King's app, Googleand the restaurant which is blaming the 3rd parties. They both said they open at 5:30am, the restaurant doesn't open until7:00am. Now I've paid, lost money and time and have no food. Now I have to fight for a refund and go somewhere else. Read more
