This location has some of the best customer service skills across the brand. The coffee is good as are the snacks. Has browns... are not shingles or burned hockey pucks like at many dunkins, they are like the ad and as they should be. Definitely one of myfavorite dunkins. Read more

I've been coming to dunkin for several years. I also worked there years ago. The new manager Mike (blue shirt) is absolutely... terrible. I've heard him belittle and yell at his employees. That is so unprofessional and wrong!! I do not know why they havekept him this long. He definitely does not have a sparkling personality either. Never makes eye contact and is very rushed. Read more
Order me a coffee and some munchkins. I ordered it at 630am schedule pick up for 645. I arrive at 650am and not ready yet. Took... til 7am to get my food and coffee. never order from here again. Online app suppose to make it easier for order and pick up whileon the go. People get there in the morning and order there food and drinks and it gets to them quicker than I get mine. Read more
Nice people, but they always get the order wrong. I asked for a bagel toasted with butter and was given an untoasted bagel with... cream cheese. Their iced coffee is always lukewarm and watery. There's never enough sugar in their"regular" coffee. Read more
