Your staff really needs to learn how to prioritize orders. Placed an order at 5:25pm on the app, with the order to be ready at... 5:35pm. I went to pick up my order at 5:40pm and it was not ready. We?ve stopped here on our travels a few times a year for about 6 years or 7 years. The food is inconsistent in quality.... Sometimes it?s good sometimes it?s so salty that it?s hard to eat. Today we tried to order on line but it wasn?t working so wentin. They put the wrong drinks in the bag, forgot the gravy. Asked if we wanted sweet and sour sauce and then didn?t put it inthe bag. Asked if we wanted ketchup and they didn't put it in the bag. The 5 piece chicken tender meal had 4 pieces and a littletiny tidbit that was counted as a tender. I visited this Mary browns branch today for take-out, I ordered a 5 piece tenders and taters (and other things for my partner).... I watched the ?supervisor? (who took my order) box up my food and relay back what was in the bag. I drove 25 minutes home to seethat they actually gave me a box of 5 desert pies? I called the branch to explain and was told they would call back in 20minutes, however they did not. I called again and he tried to say the same thing. When I eventually spoke to the supervisor, hesaid there was nothing he could do about it and they wouldn?t/couldn?t deliver, no offer of a coupon or refund. He had thereceipt number and everything. The customer service was so poor and it was just frustrating because I was not driving all theway back there, and I was out of pocket where the desert pies are literally a dollar something and the chicken is moreexpensive- I had spent around $40 that day and I didn?t get to eat. Always a good experience when I come here. Also actual good sized chicken for the price unlike another unnamed chicken... restaurant. While I haven't ventured all of the menu, chicken, tater, poutine, big Mary sandwiches and the fried chicken aregreat. Gravy is a must. When I'm in town for work it's usually where I go. Read more

The food here is usually good. I?m reviewing to mention how great the staff is. It?s a Friday evening and the place is slammed,... the staff worked very quickly and is getting through orders super quick. Great job! Read more
