#00005148 Upper Sandusky Ohio 6:27pm Wednesday. We were the only one dining inside. The drive up window had 1 car. The place was... a mess. Dirty tables, sauce on the floor (slipping hazard), covid mask on chair, 2 unfinished drinks on table. Condiment areawas gross ( see photos). No ice in coke machine. Ketchup dispenser empty. All this with 6 workers behind the counter with noregard to how loud they were. It was party time for them since there were no customers! ???? Service: friendly greeting, orderwas taken quickly, was told the food would be brought out to us. The manager shouted across the room... Did you order this food?(we were the only 2 people there) He said he wasn't sure. ???????????and that he was sorry. Food: for the most part was cold toroom temp. This is what America has become. Stopped by the Upper Sandusky Wendy's for one of their Dave's $1 singles. Can't believe they are able to even run this promotion... with inflation where it's at. Ordered on my phone, and was ready to pick up immediately when I arrived. Staff was friendly. Read more
It's a Wendy's. If they could improve the french fries formula they cold reach a 5 ???? rating. Too often, the fries are Luke... warm and limp. I thought today might be a good fry day since they were busy and cooking more of them, but it was pretty much thesame as any other fry day. The spicy chicken sandwich , though, was excellent as usual! Just know what to expect at Wendy's andit will be fine. Read more
