Didn't think about the day we went (veterans day) we waited a while to be seated. But that was OK. They had a 30 person order... come in before we got there. Food was worth the wait. Read more
About 3/4 full. Waited approximately 2 minutes until cheerfully seated. Waitress (slim, glasses, ponytail, approximatelyage... 50+) came immediately to take our drink orders and within seconds, returned with our drinks and took our food orders precisely 3minutes later (we had asked for a few minutes to decide). He ordered breakfast and I ordered the small turkey dinner. Histoast and my dinner rolls didn't arrive for another 8 minutes. What happened? Other than the bread and toast, the waitress cameto the table often as well as to the tables around us, was fastidious in refilling drinks and asking if there was anything shecould get us. The food was delicious and good portions as well as a beautiful presentation. We didn't feel rushed. Therestaurant was clean, no odors our noisy sounds of dishes being busses. The overall climate was great, not too warm or too cold;the music was just right. Waiting to check out at the register (3 people ahead of us) took a little longer, but was stillpleasant as I enjoyed checking out the aroma of the nearby candles available for sale. The best Bob Evans, around. Smaller thanthe one in Marion but beat the Marion Bob Evans by a landslide in every area. Read more
I think they are under staffed because the parking lot wasn't full & we had to wait 10+ minutes...service was so-so & slow. Food... was pretty good but wasn't hot. Anyway, probably be quite awhile before I return here. Read more
We had ordered through DoorDash, and I understand you get what you get but for an $8 kids meal there were 2 tiny broccoli pieces... in each one and no cookie at all. They had forgotten my meal ($15) and thinking we could just have our dasher run back and getit like he said he would, Bob evans said no to just get the refund because it wasn?t their problem. Traveling from out of town and we called ahead to ensure we would have a table when we arrived. When we arrived we were told... they don?t take call aheads by the host. After finally getting sat we were greeted by our friendly server. She was polite andseemed to enjoy working there. Her service was great but the kitchen needs more cooks on a Saturday morning, our food took 45minutes to arrive but it was delicious. Don?t come here if you are in a rush. Read more
Our waitress was awesome. When the new lemonade option was too sweet to drink, she brought us something else without charge. I... felt bad asking for the shredded potatoes to be crisped up but she did that too without complaint. Food was awesome and thefacilities were clean and well maintained. Would stop here again if I'm in the area. Read more
