I order online and was not ready at promised time. I waited 15mins longer for order. All that employees in one store and not one... could make my order right away. ????? My people, just a little tip: ask for honey in your smoothies instead of cane sugar, the sugar content is HIGH at all TSC... locations (~90g). Customer service is incredible at this location! I came in with my dad and my toddler and one of our drinksspilled, they immediately offered to remake it and wouldn?t let us help clean even though we offered multiple times. The guy whomopped it up even cracked jokes with us the whole time, I?m assuming he was the manager/ owner because he came out to ask us howour food was before the drink spilled. The first thing he said was, ?did they offer to remake it?? My son even ran in the backat one point while we were eating and as I was walking him back out, they were all gushing over him and asking if he wanted ajob. Waited 15 minutes for two drinks. Finally got the drinks and headed out, got down the road only to find out that one of the... drinks wad clearly not made right? tasted like was missing half the ingredients, lightly flavored blended ice for $9. I knowthey?re new and still figuring out their processes, which is the only reason I gave them two stars instead of one. Read more
