The only thing that was good about my order was the delivery guy. Very respectful. Order was all messed up. Called to... complain and all I got was mame sorry we were very busy. Ok I ordered one thing and you send me something different because youdidn?t have what I ordered. Food was over cooked, no sauce was sent but was ordered. Was told I didn?t order what I said whenit clearly shows on the receipt. They will NEVER get my business again. A waste of my hard earned money?. Read more
I usually don't give this low of a rating but the service was overall poor. Forgotten orders, bad quality food, poor customer... service. I do enjoy the Cajun influenced menu but the actual environment is far off from what the idea reflects. I orderedgrilled salmon, with collard greens. A turkey burger, with sweet potato fries. Only thing I have to say about this location isthat the owner should look closely at what he/she wants with the future of this location. My suggestion is to improve quality orreduce items on the menu. Please focus on flavor of the food and presentation. Salmon was dried and overcooked. Seasoning wasoverpowering and not properly cleaned (odor from the fish). I witnessed another customer complain about a similar issue after Ihad ordered and already paid. Something told me to inspect my meal before leaving because of the lack of care from thecashier. However, I'veseen that you business has people that cut corners and don't take the same respect to satisfaction that you do. *Why did you notask to speak to a manager* -- Because the only people there were the cashier and the cook, no manager in sight. There were othercomplaints they were dealing with while in my presence. -- I made my post based on several reasons. Attention to detail,Service Quality, and food quality, I understand that orders made to order might have challenges. However, there's nothing on themenu about that, nor was I told this by the cashier at my visit. I seriously hope that you are capable of turning these problemsaround. Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good and very good customer service. ???? The food... was fresh and awesome. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well.???? Great atmosphere with really nice people. Read more
Going by the picture on the menu, I ordered five chicken wings, and the images on their menu showed five whole wings for $8.79.... When I received my food, it was four party wings instead. Total rip-off. I hope they enjoy the money that I paid for it becauseI would never spend my money here again. so consumers, be aware that you may receive something completely different than whatyou expected due to false advertisement.
