I decided to use the drive-thru to order my meal. Big mistake! I was the 4th car in line. From the time it took me to order, pay... and receive my chicken sandwich meal, it took over 30 mins. This Popeyes location is not that old. It didn't take long fort his particular location to to be one of the worst. GOOD Customer... service is Non Existing.You will be greeted with someone mumbling to you "Next in Line" while the other staff are laughing andtalking loudly. I am actually standing in this location writing this review. I figured that I may as well do something whilewaiting 20 MINUTES for spicy chicken. How does a place that primarily sells nothing but chicken not have any spicy chicken atall cooked? But when I look at the demographic of the staff and manager, I have to ask myself "Do I really expect to get goodquality service from them"? The answer is NO!!! Man this place has gone down! Came at about 9:30 (they don't close until 11:00) drive thru was empty. Got a spicy chicken... sandwich didn't know I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. This place is horrible. The male managers are rude to their employees and customers. I have been twice in the last two months... and it is still bad. As a customer I don't want to hear them berating the young folks that work there. New leadership is neededasap. Read more
