Usually go to this KFC during the week during the day the food is always fresh when the Spanish staff (sorry to say but true) is... working. Went in on Saturday recieved dry old chicken, gave me no gravy for my mash potatoes. I was telling my brother how thefood is normally fresh while taking the 5mile ride out of my way thinking I was going recieve the same fresh food prep duringthe week day hours to be disappointed. I ordered the 8pc family meal with fries and mac n cheese. I was given burger buns instead of biscuits. They never mentioned... they didnt have biscuits, I would have left instead suffering this horrible experience. Fries were dry and crunchy like theybeen setting out all day. The mac n cheese had a layer of orange skin indicating its age. The chicken appeared ok but I was toonervous to eat because of the obvious lack of preparation of the other items. Read more
Customer service is truly dead in this day and age. I place my order and had to wait 18 minutes to receive it. That?s not the... bad part. The bad part is that they couldn?t provide a receipt for me and after waiting 18 minutes they still got the orderwrong leaving out my Mac n cheese. This KFC is pathetic Read more
I ordered a Two Piece Chicken Thigh Combo Meal with French Fries and a Drink. My order was prepared quick, my Chicken Thighs was... Golden Brown, Fresh, Hot, Juicy and Tasty. My French Fries was nice Golden Brown, not hard, but it was cooked perfectly, justthe way I like it. Staff was pleasant, friendly and attentive with great customer service. This KFC was clean. When I got there this is the sign they had on the door?So I went through the drive through and asked for a crispy breast, a... original breast and a wing with sweet corn? oh and a Mountain Dew with NO ice? This is the best around. The food is always hot and good. It almost taste as good back in the days when they were baking the... original recipe. Customer service is ok. They just need to not shove the bag and close the window without giving a receipt. Whydo KFC never want to give a receipt? I don't understand ????
