I visit this location about twice a week on my way to work. Rarely, if ever, have I been greeted by the guy at the drive-thru... window. He has my bags hanging out the window when I come around and moving at an impersonal, frenetic pace. Even my 11 year oldwas offended one morning that he didn't even say "hello" or "good morning". There is a reason why people love Chick-fil-A andits not always because their food is good (their coffee is awful). It's because they prioritize customer service. If I wasn'tdesperate and the McDonald's across the street moved faster, I would never visit this location. The service by this one personis just that bad. I will say that some newer ladies who work the drive-thru are much more pleasant and personable than he is.Maybe they should be on the window permanently and him moved to a position that doesn't require customer contact. Unfortunately i work close to that area and i have to suffer every damm morning dealing with this place employees. they rude and... don?t know how to make drinks. Place is dirty and questionable quality. Will absolutely not recommend. Save your money you gonnatrash your drink anyway Read more
This is the 4th time in a week that I have frequented this D&D. I usually do not go here because of poor service in past. It has... not changed and actually has gotten worse. the only reason I give two stars is they did get coffee order correct. The staff isnot friendly and not engaging in the customer experience. Long waits... Absolutely minimal response to questions or comment.This store needs a customer service rep to do some serious training. I will drive to 7-11 across street from now on. Read more
Unlike most Dunkin' Donuts that I go to, this one had a very nasty and dirty bathroom. The staff was not friendly and messed up... my order. I ordered ahead on the app only to have to wait for the wrong drink to be made. Not salty about it. Just stating Whathappened. Lots of room for improvement from next time I come. Read more
