I ordered rare steak and it was very well done...almost leather and impossible to cut. The rice was flavorful as were the beans.... The pork mofongo was just jelly-like gobs of fat with a whisper of meat attached and the mofongo was dry and flavorless. Themaduros were dry and lacked finesse. The salad was wilty and sad looking. Hoping it was judt an off night, but as it was ourfirst experience i didn't lend itself to being worse repeating. There was a drink called Quaker that was quite good, like fallin a cup.
