If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes after bring told top hold. I had him scan my 2... dollar gift card from tmobile, and my remaining total was 53 cents. I gave him my debit , and he stayed that you had to spend a5 dollar minimum just to use your card. This is the only dunkin I've ever been to that makes you spend 5 dollars minumum. On 2/16/2022 I entered this establishment to buy my daughter's some donuts but they had to use the bathroom as well. They had... the dining room section open so people can sit down and eat. The lady told me there's no public bathroom. By law if you have aplace to sit down and eat the bathroom supposed to be accessible to customers. I took my business elsewhere but I couldn't finda place for my daughters to use the bathroom. I had to drive at least 2 mi to find another establishment inconveniencing mybabies. Read more
OLD HARD DONUTS BEING SERVED HERE. Absolutely not ok. Just moved to the area and came here and will never be back. Ordered a... dozen via the drive thru and a coffee. Came home and realized that 8 of the donuts were hard. It's 10 in the Am, how is thatpossible?? I've been to Dunkin at 7pm and still had fresh, soft, edible donuts. So I had to make a trip back only to be offeredsome of the same hard donuts. Adopt a better standard. I took the $ loss today but hopefully you won't have to. It's like aslice of bread. Not a donut. Waited a 9 minutes in drive up line decided behind 1 car at ordering station, then when my turn waited 7 more minutes without... being acknowledged while listening to the workers chat. Decided to try coming in for coffee and donut. There I noticed abewildered man waiting at the counter and a filthy mess. I?ve come here multiple times because it?s in my area , drive thru . The customer service is rude and on top of that they never... get my drink right. How do I order the same exact simple drink every time and it always taste different and not in a good way .I always have to get out and go in which defeats the purpose of drive thru .. then they talk back when I kindly ask them to fixit like I didn?t ask for that in the first place and in side is dirty as hell ! Definitely very disappointed in how they prepare there cold coffees. They forget to add coffee. Check pictures for yourself. Sad... because they say everyone runs on Dunkin. But the quality it's not worth the money. You ask for them to be redone and they giveyou the same stuff. I prefer you be honest and say your out of coffee and don't sell creamer with Ice. Read more
