Chicken on sandwich was burned black and practically unchewable. The loaded tots were anemic, soggy, and sad, and covered in... NACHO cheese not MELTED cheese. The wait (20 minutes with no other customers) was reasonable for fresh made stuff and $15 isn'ta terrible price, but the food was basically inedible. Normally great company that I have never had problems with. My most recent order they over charged me $125. I called in the... order 9/2 for 16 wings large waffle fries and large tater tots. The person taking the order struggled and seemed to not knowwhat he was doing (he hung up without asking for deliver address so I had to call back). When the order arrived the driver asksme to select a total on his cracked phone. I selected 20%. Immediately after opening the bag I realized that this was too muchfood. I saw they had given us 82 wings with flavors I never ordered. I ran out to chase down the delivery driver and he keptdriving. I called Wings Over and they told me the kid who answered doesn't normally answer the phone and she said he addedthings to my account by mistake. I offered to drive the wings back and she said no you should keep them it was our mistake. Sheexplained I would be refunded. An hour later I called to check on the status of the refund she explained that the moneyovercharged was too great for her to approve but it was on the district managers desk to approve with my number to call onTuesday (because of Labor Day). She said to expect refund in 5-7 days. I waited the 7 days and called in because I had notreceived the refund. This time the manager explained the order was not eligible for refund and I could only get store credit. Iexplained I was visiting Columbus and do not live there so store credit is worthless to me. It was not my fault the storeadmittedly overcharged me.She explained she would have the district manager call me when available. It has now been 2 weeks Icalled again today and I was told a manager is not available but have received nether a refund nor store credit. Read more

This used to be my favorite place but it has gone down hill fast. The wings are awful, over cooked and dry. I paid over 20... dollars for ?tenders? that were smaller than chicken nuggets and 80 percent breading and like 7 fries. Don?t waste your money. Iwould prefer Applebees at this point haha Read more

We all stopped here because they were the only restaurant open after the concert. The service was Very Very slow. One person... working the front and it was several people in the kitchen. But the guy/girl working the front was very professional and kept ittogether because it got kind of hectic between all the customers coming in placing order, door dashers pickups and call inorders. I would say they did great ???? Overall the wings were good, everyone loved their food. I would definitely recommend andreturn if in town. Read more

7/29/22... First time here. Picking up a carryout order of wings. Friendly staff, helpful with my order. They make your wings to... order. Only takes about 10-15min wait they're fresh!! Overall very pleased with our WINGS!! Read more

Huuuuge tenders, biggest boneless wings I've had in Columbus, and I've had roosters. (no shade tho) Their honey barbecue never... misses. Interested in trying the hot honey option. Definitely a great choice for an event!! Excellent service as well, showed upearly for my pickup order and it was all ready! Received additional ranch and blue cheese for no extra cost. This used to be one of my favorite places to go to for years, but my last order from them has completely ruined my opinion of... them. I put in order for pick up over the website for a 12 pc wing combo with loaded waffle fries and a 6pc tender meal combowith plain fries. The first issue is that when I go picked up my food and brought it home, I noticed I was missing the loadedwaffle fries from my combo. I called them and they were very nice and apologized for the issue and issued me back a credit forthe missing item. But then I had more issues once I started eating. At first glance of my food, I noticed that a few of thewings still had feathers on them which was very off putting. I was annoyed but I just removed them myself so that I couldcontinue to eat. Once I started eating, the texture of the chicken was very off to me. It had the texture of chicken that wasn'tquite all the way cooked and the skin was chewy and rubbery; not crispy at all. If this is intentional, then they should atleast offer a well done option like they used to before their branding changes. So even though missing my item was resolved, thequality of the meal itself is nowhere near what it used to be. I'm sad to say that this will probably be my last meal fromthem. UPDATE (7/15/22) I was contacted by a representative after my review who was very nice and sympathetic to my experience,they gave me credit to give them another chance. This time the food quality was much better and more like the wings over Iremember. I just hope that they continue to maintain this level of quality and not just because I was a squeaky wheel. New management and they appear to care now. Boneless wings are back to an acceptable size for the cost. Excellent service and... speed. They do need to fix the app ordering delay, but they explained apologized and hooked me up. I hope they get more saucesback. Food was excellent! Read more
