Was waiting for food for over an hour so decided to call? man answers saying ?oh yeah I think I saw your ticket but we got... pretty busy and we don?t have a delivery driver actually so I think we just forgot to call you?? then proceeds to awkwardly andinsincerely say ?sorry??okay sir figure out your own job. Took over an hour for a pickup order of 1 sandwich to be ready. Terrible experience, the employees clearly do not care at all,... everyone was standing around doing nothing behind the counter when I got there. Would leave 0 stars if I could Read more

I always tend to have a good experience when I order pick up from this place. The food is ready quickly and is well made.

I think this place is really starting to miss the mark. Ordered delivery Sunday evening. I get a call 10 minutes later saying... they have no delivery drivers. That?s totally fine because I understand staffing is tough right now, but then why not preventcustomers from ordering delivery online?! Then, I went inside at lunchtime today to order my usual turkey tom, and they have noturkey! Something?s amiss at this location? Read more

Stopped at 12:07pm on Saturday. Was told by a rude worker they weren't accepting any more orders. We left and won't come back.

I placed an order at 12:44pm and by 2pm it still did not show out for delivery. I called the store and the lady said they were... waiting on the driver and i was still 5-6 orders behind. This happens a lot at this particular store where deliveries takeanywhere from 1-2 hours. Read more

Not really sure what's going on, but this location has had a lot of trouble accommodating both in-person and mobile orders... lately. I've experienced many delays over the past 4-6 months, and today the door was locked and the lights were off when Ishowed up. An employee let me in to wait for my mobile order, which still wasn't ready, but it appears they were making everyeffort to discourage in-person orders. Staff was friendly, I assume there just aren't enough of them, so hopefully the ownerwill take notice at some point? Read more

They routinely take over an hour to deliver, but my order on April 6 exceeded bad customer service expectations by never even... delivering it, charging me, and collecting the tip to boot. I made sure to clarify the address and building for the delivery sothere could be no confusion. Per the response from the corporate customer service: "This Jimmy John?s is privately owned andoperated by one of our franchisees. We take your concern seriously and I will share your feedback with our team here. We havealso escalated the information to the owners and do ask that someone from the ownership group reaches out to you and makes itright. We would hate to lose you!" Still waiting to hear back. Read more
