Came to Houlihan’s for a Monday after Thanksgiving cooking break. It was simple and easy to get a table and service was quick.... The hostess, Sienna, was accommodating and let us pick our table. The highlight of the night was Kaila, our server. She wasfriendly, quick, and very attentive. Her customer focus and engagement was what all servers should be like. She made sure we hadwhat we needed and that we left feeling like we had a great experience. The food was good. The all day fixed menu is definitelya good deal. The only thing preventing a five star review was the risotto. It was under cooked but did not detract from themains star of that dish, the seared scallops. Read more

Visited on a Sunday night and benefited from making a reservation as there seemed to be a decent wait. The staff was friendly... and the menu seemed to have a variety of options however the food seemed to be subpar and not what we expected. We alsoattempted to order dessert but they were out of a lot of options. Our experience was decent and we would recommend others checkit out, however it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for that night. Read more

Used to be one of my favorites but has really gone down hill over the years. I went for my birthday and sat on the patio- big... mistake... Service was painfully slow. Our Waitress disappeared for a good 30 minutes because she lost someones credit card. Sheoffered us free dessert because of this- but we never go it. Took 20+ minutes each round of drinks. Cocktails were super sugaryand almost no alcohol. Food took 30+ minutes to arrive and tasted like it sat out for 10-15 minutes. Its a shame service is sobad- I just cant imagine this place lasting much longer. Read more

The food was delicious. I'd wanted to try the stuffed chicken since you had it on the M/T special. Our server was great. She... apologized for the wait and gave us complimentary chips and salsa. I know how understaffed restaurants are and what a strainthat puts on the staff, so no worries. Read more

For how much it cost you think they could afford to season the food. Not once were we asked if everything was alright. Not once... did our waitress return after food arrived except to clear the table. Not once were we able to get refills. Started vacuumingwhile we were there. It was my first time going and definitely don’t plan on returning. Read more

Great food and great service as always! (Portions we’re a bit smaller than we’ve had before but still adequate.) We sat... outside on a hot day but were quite comfortable under the patio roof. It was a lovely date night. Read more

My niece and i went for lunch on Wednesday, she has one hour for lunch, we gave our order at 12:07, at 12:50 we still had not... received our lunch, I asked if the waitress would check, she said it was coming, 10 minutes later i complained to who i thoughtwas the manager, but was the hostess, another ten minutes and we finally received our food. All they could say was "Sorry aboutyour wait" no manager ever came around to apologize. The food was very good, but service was not, also I think our waitresswas new, she didn't know the menu and was not clear on what came with what, After all that a simple lunch was $32.00 off thelunch menu, we drank water. Needless to say she was 1/2 hr late returning to work. Read more

Understandably it can be tough to get everything perfect for a group/family, but what could have been a spectacular meal was... really pretty disappointing. The "fix menu" seemed like a great choice. The Char-Crusted Ahi Tuna app was amazing, even if ittook quite a while to get it. (I'm pretty sure I could have eaten about 10 of them, lol) The main course of Sedona ShrimpPasta also took longer than expected. It too might have been amazing had it not dried out from sitting under a heat lamp or ina warmer. (Maybe I should have requested some extra sauce to bring it back to life?) The Brownie Batter Cake was gooey anddelicious, but if you' are going to put tidbits of fruit on top, they shouldn't include a colorless, tasteless chunk ofstrawberry, even if it is covered in chocolate sauce. I can find quality berries at a reasonable price, a top-notch restaurantshould be able to serve ripe berries too. At some point I'm sure 'll give Houlihan's another shot, but probably not with thewhole family. Read more
