I really like the brisket sandwich but the last 2 times I visited, it was cold and dried out. Probably been sitting for hours... under a warmer. I recommend you ask them to make you a fresh sandwich. Read more
I had the unfortunate luck of watching one of the cooks preparing food with a phone in her hand, cross contamination much? Not... serve safe certified at all. I would highly recommend re training or replacing staff members. Read more
Went to buy the new burger and they literally threw it together . THEY burnt it and didn't put any veggies on it. I called to... complaiand said I can't come back today but I'll be back tomorrow. She Cheryl/Denise says we'll see what we can do tomorrow. Iask for the manager's name and she says Will. Iask for her name yesterday she said Cheryl and today when I was at the store shesays Denise so I don't know. I ask for Will and she says he already came. I said you told me he comes in the afternoon. Now Igot the burger from another Arby's but u showed them this burger and they asked why it was in a plain aper bag . I told them shegave it to me in that bag and they just looked at me. They fixed it perfect but told me to definitely go talk to the otherstore's manager. Anyway asked when will Will be in and she said we'll you never know his schedule switches. I said bet and shegoes to the register and get 6 and throws it at me and say I'm not going g to argue about no sandwich. And as you can see by mypost it's more than about the sandwich. Waited in the drive thru line for a few minutes before making it up to the order speaker. Waited at the speaker for at least 3... minutes and after no one addressed me, I went inside to place the order "to go". The woman who I presume was working the drivethru (as she was wearing a headset) did not seem pleased to be there at all. I placed my order. The woman taking my order waspolite and asked the woman with the headset to make the shakes that were a part of my order. She did, after a couple of prompts,and slammed them on the counter in front of me. I had to get my own straws from the self serve drink area. The food was okay.The fries tasted old and were not hot. My chicken sandwich was rubbery. I will probably not be going back to this location dueto this experience. Read more
The website says they open at 10 am. So we go at 10 and they aren't open, so we pull into a parking spot and call and they said... they open at 10:30, ok no problem. We wait till 10:35 pull to the drive thru again and waited two minutes and still no answer sowe pulled to another parking spot and checked to see if our clock was wrong and while we did another customer pulled up and spedaway in anger after no one took his order, and I went to the door to see if it was unlocked but it wasn't and some of theemployees was leaning against the door inside and talking to each other. We ordered 4 sandwiches and only received 2 in the drive thru. We went back through the line and they gave us the other 2... sandwiches and a card for a free meal on the manager. That was very considerate. Thank you. We also noticed that Santa is comingsoon to Arby's. Read more
New store layout, same good food. This Arby's was recently remodeled. Instead of music in the dining area, there are now two... televisions. Only one of the TVs was on during my recent lunchtime visit, and it was showing ESPN with the sound on. I reallymiss the music. If I wanted to eat with ESPN on, I'd go to a sports bar. The lights in the women's restroom is on amotion-sensing timer. Evidently the sensor is located near the door, and not close enough to the stalls. A few minutes into myvisit to the restroom, I found myself in a stall in total darkness. Ugh! The paper towel dispenser is also motion activated andnot the most user friendly. I'm no fan of the redesign, but the food and service are good. I'll definitely be back. Read more
Went here at 805pm sat at speaker for ten minutes saying hello and are you open. While all the time i could see three employees... inside two other cars behind me. Didn't get a response on speaker so went to drive in window honked horn all the lights were onthey just ignored me. I really thought this was so rude. Read more
