Food, staff and quality is great. They make the food really quick.
I normally really love coming here but this is just unacceptable. This is the second time I've placed an order online during... business hours and when I go to pick it up no one is in the store. Today they had a sign stating they were "closed for laborday" which is understandable but why can't you guys make sure you're updating the apps in which people can order from that youare closing early or closing for a holiday. While I was leaving a doordash driver pulled up, I'm assuming to come pick up andorder for someone but couldn't, I can't imagine the nightmare that caused with the app and those people getting their moneyback. Ordered a peanut butter smoothie today at noon, out of peanut butter. Asked for a mocha smoothie, out of mocha. I then settled... for another smoothie. Two hours later, my girlfriend ordered a smoothie and they said they were out of strawberries and bananas.This is a smoothie place. How do you not have any of this stuff? Does not make sense at all.
