With all the Italian delis in upland. The wife really wanted a BLT and I decided to try a new place. It?s 5 minutes from our... home and decided to be lazy and order through postmastes. 50?bucks later when the tab should have been around 25/30 if we droveto pick up. But let?s the photo do the talking. Almost 14 bucks for a home sandwich not including the up cost fordelivery. Shredded lettuce and one too filled with bacon bits.. . I was finally able to try to this place out. The hours that this place is open made it quite hard to be able to try. I would... like to note this experience was from a take out, starting with me ordering on the phone. The lady I was talking to sounded verywelcoming, and made sure to help if I had any questions. The place is quite interesting and I like that they used the theme ofWitch from "Sandwich" and made their menu based on that. Food This time I tried their Tuna sandwich's. We ordered the Sea-Witchand we also ordered the Tuna Melt. Although the Sea-Witch was decent, it was underwhelming compared to some other places that Ihave had around the area. I believe the biggest factor is the price. The Tuna Melt on the other hand was quite good, and Ibelieve is worth more of how much it cost. Everyone has their own opinions, but this was just I believe after tasting it. It isworth noting that this place is not on a Main Street, so it is in a way sort of hidden. Again the theme was pretty clever, andwas interesting to see the photographs of tv show witches from Hocus Pocus, Sabrina, etc. Until next time! Read more
The quality of the sandwiches are never disappointed. The sides of potatoe and pasta salad are so good! The kids grilled cheese... is even good too! I'm impressed with the service, bread, and meat quality. Yes, the wait is a Lil long but it's worth the wait!! Read more
Came in at 2:30pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches on my lunch break for my girl and I. WHITE CAT, NO CHEESE. THE COVEN, NO ranch. They... close at 3 so I had to leave. We go to eat and BOTH sandwiches have cheese and ranch. I will be in tomorrow and expect a fullrefund. $28 for 2 sandwiches is outrageous. Now I have to work and find something to eat. Go to sprouts. They make WAY bettersandwiches and they?re only $5 each. Read more

After an appointment in Upland, we stopped at The Sand Witch to grab a variety to try (on a recommendation from a friend). Our... favorite by far was the Dragon's Breath, followed by the Dragon's Egg and the Voodoo, then the Pastrami. They also sell loavesof the jalapeno cheese bread which we plan to make into grilled cheese soon. It was a fun stop! The store is decorated withlots of cute witch signs and pictures and gave us stuff to look at while we waited for our sandwitches. ???? We are alreadydreaming about our next trip down there so we can stop again! Hopefully they'll have more help by then so our wait won't bequite as long, but it was yummy enough to be worth the wait.
