I purchased my order on 08/03/22 at 9:13pm. The service drive-thru rep, Jenley (heavyset short girl), had poor customer service... skills. She was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the entirety of our experience there. If you are employedsomewhere you don?t want to be, do the customers and the business a favor, & leave. You are by no mean required to be there, youhave the option to go elsewhere. Otherwise, the food was of good quality, just terrible customer service from that specific rep.I?ve reported to the habitlistens website, and it?s likely nothing will be done, but be advised. My outting buddy was back again because she wasn't completely satisfied w/the gift she bought for her cousin 2 days earlier. I... enjoy spending time w/her so I had fun. Anyway, we had just finished shopping so went to eat @ The Habit. We ordered separately.We were given pagers/buzzers that would light up & vibrate when your orders were ready so we could get them. I got a TeriyakiChar which is a teriyaki burger w/a grilled pineapple slice, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, teriyaki sauce & mayonnaise. Theyusually ask if u want everything on it & whether or not u want cheese. Me, I asked for no pickle because don't like pickle on myhamburgers, except chili cheeseburgers. I know, I'm weird so moving on. I also asked for an extra meat patty & slice of cheesebecause I felt like a double cheeseburger. I ordered sweet potato fries & a large drink. All in all it was $16 & change for mymeal. There are refills for the drinks. We were dining in so chose a table. If they had cleaned the table earlier, then theydidn't do a great job. I found onion ring crumbs still on the table. I just swept them off w/my hand. The food was delicious asalways. They don't just serve hamburgers. From memory, they also have chicken sandwiches, veggie burger, tri-tip sandwich, a fewsalads to chose from & the sides that I can remember are french fries, sweet potato fries, fried green/string beans & onionrings. I normally love The Habit, but today my order was slightly mixed up (condiments were on items that we asked not to have added... and we even double checked) the bun on my ahi tuna burger was half soggy, and we were giver the wrong type of fries. The foodwas still good (and the shakes great), but there were a couple of flies in the dining room and the mixup in the order should nothave happened when being as explicit as we were. The food here is really delicious. I like about the habit is they have healthy food not a lot of fried food also you can go to... habit for a really healthy lunch. Visited the Habit Grill in Upland Calif. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and ample seating. Ordering... was a breeze and we only waited a short time before our food was ready. Delicious! I tried their new pulled pork sandwhich. Tomy surprise there was a hamburger patty under the pork, pickles and coleslaw. We also ordered one of the large salads which wasalso delicious. We will be back! This must?ve been THE WORST Habit experience I?ve ever had. I ordered through the drive-thru and the women was rude in the... intercom and at the window. Having previously worked for this company, I know that we?re trained to give great customer service.The food wasn?t good either, the fries were limp and cold and the bun was burned. Don?t go here!! The one on campus in thecolonies is better. Honestly had I not already made it home, I would?ve gone back, returned the food, and gotten a refund. Read more
The Habit Burger Grill Upland California features the freshest grilled to order foods,great fries and onion rings and loads of... cold beverages-thick ice cream shakes too! Every time I go in here. They are rude for no reason. They obviously hate white Males here. I Go to Senior Baja and they are... super nice and friendly I go to Waba and sprouts and Farmers Bros they are friendly and Nice every time I go to this Habit theyare sour. I'm done with this place the drive through Is impossible to navigate the food is lack luster this is Probably theworst Habit location I've been to why is there a dark cloud hanging over this spot its like Walmart.
